Yawning is simply the body’s way of trying to keep itself awake, not an evil spirit…

We have the same exact thing in Islam which is called Ruqya

Nice video again Sunna, but maybe a suggestion: Put annoncements in a seperate video ? Some of Us watches some videos on loop and listening to the annoncement over and over again doesn't help our meditation! haha

I don’t believe in any of this stuff, I just like it for the ASMR but as an autistic person I wasn’t expecting the shout out. Most “healers” talk about autism as something that needs to be “cured” so thanks for not falling into that camp. It means a lot.

Yawning is an activation of the vagus nerve.🙏🏼🕉❣️🦋
It’s my body releasing energy, it happens a lot when I perform healing sessions:)

@evelina If you look up vagus nerve stimulation on the internet, one of the very first explanations is about yawning. It means your body is requiring (at that moment) more oxygen in the system. Yawning is also a very “suggestive” body gesture. Have you ever noticed if you’re with another person or other people, when one person yawns, all of a sudden others start yawning. It happens all the time between me and my cat. Whenever she wakes up from a nap, she most of the time will stretch and yawn. Shortly after, I’ll yawn. All mammals do this body gesture to get more oxygen whenever they need it, and by stimulating the vagus nerve, it accomplishes that feat. Blessings to you, dear one.
