*Taiwan Noodle- noodles, cooking oil, sesame oil, dried shrimp, red pepper, ground pork, garlic, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, Chili Bean Sauce, starch, sake, sesame dressing, citron phones, chives, green onions, dried bonito fish, laver, eggs
Chashu- Pork belly 2kg, cooking wine, thick soy sauce, sake, brown sugar, green onion, onion, ginger (finger size), 2 pieces of garlic 6~7 pages

*마제소바- 마제 소바 면, 식용유, 참기름, 건새우,베트남고추, 갈은돼지고기, 마늘, 미림, 설탕, 간장, 두반장, 전분, 사케(정종), 참깨드레싱, 유자폰즈,부추, 파, 가쓰오부시,김,계란
*차슈- 돼지 삼겹살 2kg, 맛술, 진간장, 사케, 흑설탕, 대파, 양파, 생강(손가락 크기) 2개, 마늘 7쪽
