When I use the trailer brake controller slide, independent of my F-150 vehicle brake pedal, I am getting the "Trailer Disconnected" message and the trailer braking does not stop the trailer, at any gain setting. Is there something to be looked at to remedy this situation? I have unplugged and replugged the 7 point plug.
