This is what i am currently using. I have monster dmg on chilling wave because arsha grind but if you are going to use it strictly for pvp you can swap that either for human dmg or bleed. Also can add +evasion on aquajail if it suits you.

Its the minimun to be useful atm, i guess. Ofc against full ap builds and don't expect to tank forever, but it's gonna give you some room to breath.
