Thank you for another great video! To your point of what 1 credit entails, Salesforce have confirmed to me today that 1 credit equates to 750 generated words when it relates to Sales / Service GPT.

Hey @Salesforce Ben, would you recommend the 35 AI Trailhead badges as mentioned at the end of the video as a starting point for learning how to use AI in Salesforce?
Or is there something else you would recommend for leveraging Chat/EinsteinGPT?

Hi Eric, here are some good starting points for learning about AI in Salesforce and Einstein GPT:
      • Salesforce Ben's ChatGPT for Salesforce Professionals Course: courses.salesforceben.com/chatgpt-mastery-for-salesforce-professionals/
      • Trailhead's Get Started With Einstein GPT: trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/einstein-gpt-quick-look/get-started-with-einstein-gpt
      • Trailhead's Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals: trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/artificial-intelligence-fundamentals
      Hope this helps!

Seems like mostly vaporware at this point to keep Salesforce investors hyped. There is almost no documentation available around any of this. Hopefully with Dreamforce there will be some concrete releases.

Agreed. I do like the fact that they offer a low code pipeline to Sagemaker to create a use our own models.

Thanks for the video! One thing I noticed- the only Black person that appears in the video is used to represent toxicity that is kept out of the system. Can we avoid using Black people/Blackness to represent that which is bad/unwanted?

Hi Tiana, thank you for your comment. We completely understand where you're coming from, and we thank you for pointing that out. Much like the wider Salesforce ecosystem, we strive to make sure that BIPOC are included in every space, and represented fairly, so we will absolutely take your comment into account.
