Curious question where I’m starting to do this a little bit more often due to my regular job doesn’t exist right now. I have some customers for some higher end cars and I’m not sure if I can use regular products on them I have a customer with the Jag and one with the BMW. Do I need to know anything different about buffing and or polishing? Greatly appreciated thank you
Hi That’s great! You can compound and polish pretty much all paints. They are all pretty much the same. The only thing you need to keep in mind is paint thickness and how hard or soft it may be. Super cars or customer cars may have different paint systems but they can still be polished the same way with the same product cut. If you watch Larry from AMMONYC he details tons of different vehicles with the same tools and products. He just varies his approach and is careful with rare or super cars. Pretty awesome stuff!!

These could have multiple uses, but my first thought was of a permanent installation because my garage has very poor lighting.

What do you like for a glass coating?
I use Dr Beasleys Glass IQ and Gtechnic G5 glass coating. both are super easy to apply and last months.
