@@JoeyLuckyBoyNato in the last chorus 2nd part there's high pitch siren sounds it was not in first and second chorus. That's why it sounded empty on 1st and 2nd chorus but u liked it on last chorus i believe.

Sometimes it takes me a couple listens before I really start liking songs. I instantly liked the Thai part but the rest of the song probably took 5 listens before I mysteriously founding myself liking the entire song
Thats how it works for a lot of songs that I eventually end up liking for me.

That part is definitely not Thai but Arabian/Egyptian because they are using the phrygian dominant scale which is used in the oriental music culture.

It took so long to get to do solo work and in my opinion it's possible that she pulled back on what she could have done due to the possibility of being told no and the song in general being scrapped or given to someone else. It's happened before in kpop 🤷🏾♀️ but that's just my speculation

A lot of fans are really disappointed to see how YG handled very poorly giving her 0 promotions like other members when she is the one who is internationally more famous. There is a rumor from inside that lisa refused to renew the contract with YG which will be due on 2023.

i’m a very intense lili supporter but there sure was something lacking in her two songs. i normally prefer looking at the brighter sides of bp comebacks (esp solos) so i will say lalisa grew on me very well. it’s now such a bop for me compared to when i first listened. and imo money’s choreo carried the song *for me* :)
