The last important step you gave, made me feel more confident for the detailing business im 22 years old just getting started with no van or I don't have everything to detail. I thank you for the advice definitely gave me hope🙏🏽🏆
Very good video I appreciate fr 🙏 fam me and my brother are just starting a pressure washing business and I'm starting a auto detailing service with the business this was a very helpful video g
That was one of the biggest perks of having a trailer. I could just un hitch and go get what I needed while the helpers kept working. It had to do that a few times throughout the years.
Hello James, You are a very impressive young man. You are smart, articulate, and have learned quickly the virtues and responsibilities of entrepreneurship. I wish I would have had a mentor like you when I started out 45 years ago. In my career and profession, if there is one thing I’ve learned, it is not to allow failure to overshadow success. You appear to have learned to accept your failures by celebrating and punctuating your successes. You have an amazingly bright future ahead of you. I wish you well and continued success. I’m glad @PanTheOrganizer gave you the “air time” and publicity on his channel. BTW, you’re home base is where I grew up. While I currently live in metropolitan Atlanta, I grew up in Downey near Lakewood Blvd and Gardendale St. Kind Regards, David Ortega
Yo I'm mad late to this vid, but your so 100% on the top 5, and one more point to remember is , worker for yourself or an company providing the service your the pro, don't let the customer tell you how to do your job, not saying anything against constructive criticism or tips, but as the one getting paid and doing the work to an standard, you say what's done and how's it done.
Started with 0$ on my account after startup costs, only had a kärcher k3 pr.washer, some buckets, some low quality rags etc. From yesterday the bussiness 1y old..hitting 210k in revenue . But..if youthink it's easy ..well I've been doing even nights in the garage, full 7/7 non stop..and not only doing jobs. Whatever you do, always realise you're an entrepeneur in the first place, so many things you can learn and sharpen your skills. It's hard work. This last week my Kärcher gave in and I bought a fully customised Kranzle pressure washer, a new polisher...and a new tv since my relaxingtime is also important 😅 My first presents from my bussiness since I started and seriously proud of it 😊
Great tips. I have a question. What do you have to think about when it comes to the enviroment? Like spills, chemicals etc. Are there any rules or just ok to let it run down the drains.
Hey bro I’m new to your channel i been thinking of starting my own business do you have any videos or do you think a van or truck will be better as a start? 🔥
@@topclassdetail bet bro. It’s real how you respond to the people. I see you’re a believer in God too, go search Gino Jennings when you get the chance. Blessings
I’m in Texas too, those are the wrong customers for the long run. keep your prices competitive with others and let your work show what you can do. Once you prove your worth, you can go up slowly on prices. This will weed out the customers and bring the ones you want
Good advice I’ve been detailing for just about two years I don’t have a transit van I have a Honda odyssey! I have more + better stuff in my mini van than 80% of these detailers who were raped at h2no with those custom builds. My van does not have a tank and I’ve never had an issue detailing lambos and Ferraris without water and power….
Where and how you spend your money is on you, if you can afford it and it makes you productive its worth it, no need to down talk a business, they're making a living off it so they're doing something right you feel me?
I've worked my ass off, saved my money and spent it at a place that supports me including my community of detailers. Im sorry h2o isn't in your budget or expectations but they have been great to me and many others. please stop with your insults/ negative vibes its not cute. I love you but I've seen you comment this more then once already, I hope you can understand.

Quick question can u do a video on the first 5 steps that u took to get your business up and running, the steps that made u an official business…….
Overthinking is number one, i struggle with this daily
What platform do you use for booking appointments and how do you take payments? Great video btw

Hey bro any advise on cleaning the towels and tools after a detail?
Thank you very much helpful 💯💯 7:10
Thanks right youngster
James my man 🎥
i just can't afford a van or water tank and generator right now. So how do you go about telling the customer you have to use their supply?
We Haven’t Heard From You James! Hoping Everything Is Fine.
Nice hoodie, where’d you get it?
Bro any chance you have a spare cox reel you dont need ? I cant get one for 4 years 😢struggling
I’m going to be on of the best detailer’s out there, everything is in gods hand 🙌🏽🙏🏾
Preach
Why not do a waterless to finish
Didn’t you move to an iron x product that is green tea scented? Can’t remember which video you plugged it in, can you let me know what brand that is?
It’s carpro iron x lemon scented?
How much do you charge specifically just for an average dirty car and suv mini detail. Inside and out? And then just inside? And then just outside?
