This still looks kinda clunky, but it looks a hell of a lot better than the first one. Man an open-world Metru Nui game these days would be amazing.

Imagine if you could create your own toa/makuta/dark hunter from bionicle parts, customize your chara with elemental colours, chose iconic weapons, evolve into a titan. A bionicle rpg in the time before the legends of metru-nui would have an incredible potential.

Matau striking poses on the title screen is hysterical to me.
The movement looks a little janky by today's standards, but at the time this would have been so slick. Mirror's Edge vibes.

Man, seeing this demo really makes me wish that this game was completed; the parkour system would have definitely given the gameplay and level design more variety compared to the 2003 game...
Hopefully this demo build will be released soon - I’m not comfortable with hardmodding my consoles yet, and Xbox Classic emulation hardly exists, but I could more easily run a PS2 version.
