I was able to get a hold of a near mint General Lando fig a few days ago!
He was missing his cape and gun.
When it was all said and done, the total was $68!
That's the lowest I've seen for a general Lando.
He looks great in my collection. :)
If I am only allowed ONE more SW figure and never get another, it would be a Stormtrooper Luke.

I always preferred the small head Han Solo, Lilly Ledy Jawa is the best version, Luke Jedi Knight with molded face is the best version more rare. Along with Rebel Commando. Other than the Rocket Firing Fett, the light blue painted helmet TW Fett is really scarce. Tusken Raider long eye tubes. Only the 1st release 35¢ comic is expensive, diamond shape logo is just a later reprint. I always wanted a solid gold Han Solo carbonite😂 You've done well Padawan ✊

Had fun rewatching the highlights from your past videos.
One thing that jumped out to me this time which I must have not caught on the original video, was your top 10 most expensive items, number four you have listed Darth Vader's diecast TIE fighter fetching around $4k. That one is actually not the most rare from the diecast vintage series and is pretty easily found, with loose versions going for as little as $40 and carded versions going for around $300 to $400. The difficult one to find is the white Tie Bomber. That is the only vintage diecast that I'm missing currently from the set, and is definitely one of the most sought after and expensive from the line. Loose examples with some discoloration usually start around $500. I've seen carded versions of this go anywhere from 1200 and up, and that was a while back, so I can imagine these might be fetching the 2000 to 4000 mark at this point. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

Yes you are right about the tie bomber! I have seen several collectors since then trying to complete the set but have had no luck finding a MOC version.

Great video! Well researched with some valuable tips. Especially the temperature extremes causing discolouration. Just putting them near an airconditioner can yellow up a modern stormtrooper in no time

I agree it is easier to buy the figure complete with all the accessories however I have quite a few childhood figures that I have made it my mission to fully equip even though I own them complete from buying them again as an adult.

My sister has a variant of yoda with the orange snake but he has a gold coat!!! I have not ever seen it mentioned anywhere. Can’t figure out where it came from but it was purchased like over 20 years ago from a comic shop and it is not a custom or anything. Any clue about this variant?

So a OG Bespin Luke would make me happy, Is yellow or brown hair better? Any tips of what to look for as far as making sure it is a solid figure?
I prefer the brown hair version.
The brown hair and bright lemon hair versions are the more sought after. The brown hair for sure. It’s really up to you and your budget what you want and want to collect. I just have the comment version and that is fine for me

Ok, some people call it a "focus" i would consider it hoarding but on the flip side if your hoarding Stormtroopers or Rebel soldiers then you're army building. Does that make sense?
That makes perfect sense. I have an Ahsoka focus but I only pick up new figures of her. If I was to army build one character it would be the imperial Hoth stormtrooper. Love that one
@@thepadawancollectorofficial I've always been fond of the Rebel soldiers. I can't Tell You why. The best part is they're pretty cheap to obtain.
My holy grail is an Imperial Shuttle. I had to sell mine when i divorced my first wife.
