Tell me hair growthing tips
Mam im using the body shop product.. in the beginning they work the best .. when I was using vit E cleanser , vit E toner and Vit E serum in oil .. it was my night skin care routine.. then I bought vit C exfoliating scrub and started using it. It didn't work as it is mentioned and along with started using chines ginsing rice mash of the body shop.. I used to cleanse my face daily and then tinned my face and then serum in oil.. then I went to bed.. I used to exfoliate my skin once in a week or twice and mask I used just for once..mam these all are not giving me any good results.. and you know the body shop products are very expensive.. I can't discard them,

Retnol twice or thrice a week(NOT MORE THAN THAT) use a very small amount at the beginning before moisturizer and after cleanser for wrinkles can be also used for acne and anti-aging also
