    35:27- no mam... Galactose and mannose are not epimers bcoz orientation of H and OH are changing on 2 carbons, i.e, C2 and C4... For being epimers orientation should change only on a particular Carbon 😊

    Ma'am, galactose and mannose aren't epimers but can be thought of as isomers because the orientation differs both at Carbon 2 and Carbon 4. For two isomers to be epimers the orientation must differ at only one carbon atom

    Keratin is 2° structure which is present in hair, wool, nails and covering of epithelial cells of skin..
    It is in α-helix form as right handed screw because of formation of intramolecular H bonding. It's elastic like a spring..

      Galactose and mannose are the epimer
      Galactose is C4 epimer and mannose is c2 epimer
