I’ve got a good Daytona story: At the end of 2008 I bought a 675 race bike from a young up and coming club racer called John Simpson, he was moving up to BSB Superstock and changing to an R6 ( the bike the beat then ). In 2009 I raced the 675 in a club endurance championship while unfortunately John wasn’t getting on at all well with the R6 at BSB level and his best result was 22nd. With nothing to loose I suggested he borrow his old 675 back for the Caldwell round towards the end of the season. He put my bike on pole and won the race! Not sure, but I think this might have been Triumphs first BSB win.

I've ridden a Hayabusa 2nd Gen, but I went out of my way to buy a ZZR600, because I believe the early 2000's 600cc sportbikes had excellent street manners, with a ton of mid range torque. They shortened the stroke and kept trying to push the maximum horsepower after 2006. The problem, if you keep shortening the stroke, you lose the mid range power. Even the early model Yamaha Fazer 1000, had a better engine, with more torque, until they also shortened the stroke, and made the bike less fun to drive. All they need to do is start making long stroke engines again, instead of the new fangled racing trash. (Also an overdrive 6th gear ratio!!) The reason the 2nd Gen (and 3rd Gen) Hayabusa is so fun, is because it's a very long stroke engine. With a 600cc bike, they can get away with a much longer stroke, because the pistons are lighter, and with some clever counterbalancing, they can make it glassy smooth. They could make a 600cc version of the Hayabusa engine, and it would be electric smooth, while having immense torque.

Great video TMF, good to see ya on a sport bike again! As a proud owner of a 2011 Daytona (love the speedy bugger) I was happy to see a new rendition but I must agree with the 'not so great' bits you pointed out...for such a limited/high end machine you can't cut corners. I wish they made another 'mass produced' one, Triumph is more than capable. It's great power without being excessive, and that's what makes them so much fun on road as well as on track. Ride safe!
I have never regretted buying a Street Triple, a 2014. 675R. by modern standards it maybe a little aged, no rider aids, no fancy dash system etc! But hell! it's still is a superbly handling Bike. I’d disagree that you need neither rider aids or a fancy dash on a 675. The only time I ever looked at the dash in 5 years was to check my speed & fuel light, and if you get into trouble with a 100hp bike; you’re basically in the wrong gear.

@@brianperry I’m with you on abs but none of my bikes, since 1975, have had it so I’ll bow to your superior knowledge on that one. For much over 100bhp I’d want traction control, but on the 675, I never felt it was necessary. If it was greasy I just used the next gear up to keep the torque and revs lower.I had two stroke air-cooled racing Yamaha’s for a while in the late seventies so by habit have always ridden on road with two fingers on the clutch and two on the front brake at all times, which cuts your reaction time, and makes it impossible to ‘grab’ a great handful of front brake……which helps.
I own one of these and I appreciate your review for being the first I've seen to mention the surprising top heaviness of this bike. The balance point feels narrower and more precarious as a result, and makes the seat height feel more challenging than it otherwise would for shorter riders. I don't mind the extra wiring given it's pretty high quality stuff and not too bad to look at, but I absolutely hate the TFT dash. The angle is wrong and even set to full brightness it's hard to read through a shield and sunglasses (sunny clime here). The mirrors do vibrate to a blur but that's better than not being able to see past your elbows, which is not an issue with this bike. The positives I've experienced follow your review pretty closely: superb, stable but sharp handling, silky smooth gearbox and up/down shifting, and excellent, very controllable brakes. The suspension is as good as it gets for non-electronic bits. Right-sized yet ample power completes the goodness. Carbon fiber is not to my taste but it comes with the package so there you go. It's competition for my money was the Ducati V2 but that bike sports a challenging 33" seat height and generates uncomfortable heat, so no contest, even though the V2 sports IMU controlled rider aids and this Moto2 does not. Where I live the Moto2's are being discounted a bit, which also helped the buying decision. Keep up the great reviews!
Its an Apex predator. Wonderful machine for the track, as is the V2, 059, and my V4S Panigale. I hate riding it on the street though. The street isn't its natural habitat
These bikes appeal to me but also riding position. I have a BMW1250R, and can ride it all day. Once had a Suzuki GSX750. Nice bike easy to ride, but after an hour in the saddle my wrists were aching. In the past had a BMW1000T (antique), but rode from Hertfordshire up to Skye and toured the island. Rode all day for about 5 days, bike did not miss a beat.
Beautiful bike, cracking engine, and a joy to own I’d have thought. You could just wheel it out and look at it basically. Completely impractical for my poor old back nowadays unfortunately. I do wish they’d produce a proper road version. Great vid Andy!

I'm kind of surprised at some of the comments not liking the graphics...A subdued Union Jack in carbon fiber?? I think that's pretty hot, and I'm a Yank (!) 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Here in Switzerland there's one available on the Auto trader equivalent, used with 1300km for 25k CHF (£19.5k) ! I like the bike but that is new S1000RR money, and more than a new Panigale V2, even the Bayliss edition with the Ohlins. The niggles can't be justified against that competition.
Here in the states, a dealer in San Jose, CA still has 2. The US versions have a red stripe on them. I sat on one at my local dealer and for me, it was a little cramped at 5’10” and a little bit of a belly.
If ever a bike cried out for gold wheels!! I'd like them to bring out a 350-400 Daytona to bring down the weight and keep the style. Don't need more than 90mph as long as it gets there quick. !!
Where are the gold wheels!! 😁 If the guy who did that wiring is watching he’ll be twitching more than the bikes back end going to too fast into a hairpin! Great review and start to the week. 👍👍
So, I've been contemplating pulling the pin on one these to replace my old ZX7R as finding it's weight & pressure on wrists becoming tiresome. I love the limited edition special versions of cars & bikes, but I'm now wondering whether buying a good used Daytona 675 with very low miles is a better way to go. It will be my first Daytona as well, & only used for weekend ride outs on the road, I'm thinking all those rider settings, the screen (I'm not fussed with tech) the brembos & Ohlins, am I really going to enjoy it more than say a 2013 675? Then there's the double price tag, the double insurance, & the fact would be scared to leave it anywhere, drop it etc, & worry about adding mileage & reducing it's value. Would I really enjoy this bike on the roads more than a 2013 675, to warrant the extra cost? Great video review, I'm just now undecided.
Nice review & a very cool bike. I'm still mistified that there's seemingly no market for middleweight sports bikes? Maybe limited runs is the answer? I personally think the manufacturers weren't making the right propositions to customers as the RS660 & R7 have been well received & there's more to follow so there's still plenty of interest in that size of sporty bike it appears. I'd buy a 250/400/600/750cc true sports bike tomorrow if it was the right price & spec. NO semi-active suspension, keyless ignition or overly complex tech & modes etc to keep it pure & affordable as bikes of this size just don't need 10 levels of traction control, anti-lift or engine braking!
The display looks like the one off the last version of the Tiger 800 to me. I can't say as I would buy a sports bike nowadays myself. I've gotten too old and prefer ADV/scrambler types.
I have two mates that have them one has 0 miles on he moved house and pushed it to his new house got to love his commitment to his investment😁🙈the other uses it most weekends
Sportbikes have been tremendously ugly, starting in 2003... I feel like they started using artificial intelligence to design sportbikes, using an automatic computer algorithm, to generate "random" shapes and colors. I have been so confused, how they went from the Ducati 916cc and the 1998 Yamaha R1, to today's modern sportbikes, which look... Weird! Triumph bikes are beautiful, and are at least, much much better than any of today's UGLY Kawasaki's...
I was looking at one of these in Scotland when on tour last week. The carbon bodywork really pops in the sunshine and the bike looks great. The dash is really obvious that it's been squeezed in and at the wrong angle. The real thing I don't like is the ?/765 on the yoke when there's actually twice as many. That's a cheap trick.
The stroke of a Hayabusa is (65mm) 2.6" and the stroke of a modern 600cc sportbike is about (43mm) 1.70". They could simply make the stroke longer, on the middleweight bikes. A long stroke engine could be marketed as being "heavy torque." Similar to how they are marketing the new Harley Sportser (which is a detuned version of that engine series) as being "more torque." People don't need more horsepower, they just need a good reason to own a new motorcycle. Horsepower alone is not a selling point anymore. Rideability and "fun" is a main selling point in today's market. Torque = fun.
Another great video. What camera are you using for the side views on the road? Any chance of a review of a Kymco AK550? I’m trying to decide between at Tmax 560 and the kymco it’s hard to find a good objective review of the Kymco though.
Thanks.Personally I do not prefer the Carbon look against the array of other plastics available. The coiled wiring should be good for longevity and not failing, Amen!
They were selling several here in Canada at my local Triumph dealership for only $14000 CAD (8000 GBP) just this summer - Triumph may say they were all sold, but I suppose that includes 'to dealerships'. I sat on one, gave it a serious try, but ended up passing on it. Amazing sale price that they were, it was clear why they were on sale here - yes, it's beautiful, but it looks 'dated' (that's an opinion granted). Definitively for a modern expensive ride, the tech is dated (no IMU, etc.), the lighting isn't LED, the TFT is rather oldschool, and the riding position is pretty compromising. For the massive discount they offered on the three here at the local Triumph dealer, yes - it would have been a steal. A limited-edition, beautiful motorcycle, with a great engine, brakes, and suspension for so little? The problem is other than as a track day toy or fairly short rides, it just won't hold up. The new Speed Triple (or even the old one) is the better motorcycle, and one could make the argument that the top-tier Street Triple is as well (at least insofar as value). This is a collector's item - a great one, but the initial asking price was unreasonable. If I'd had the money and room for 'just a toy', I'd have jumped on it; as it was, I needed something a bit 'safer' and modern, so grabbed one of the new Ducati SuperSport 950S.
@@TheMissendenFlyer Absolutely! They did eventually sell, but it took months to do so. Maybe I wasn't alone in my mixed opinion on it - still, a beautiful ride.
@@splodge57 Sorry to hear it - I lived in Europe most of my life (will be back soon), so I know Triumphs tend to disappear there; Canada seems to mostly follow American ideals of motorcycles - most people here prefer cruisers like Harleys, and so prices for Euro imports are usually lower here, with more frequent sales. I ride a Triumph Speed Twin and Ducati SuperSport, myself.
I was holding off replacing my MV Agusta because I was hoping for a nice single sided swing arm - a proper tour-de-force. But no. It’s a bitsa and I bought a Panigale V2.
Thanks for the video Mr Flyer. Ok, put us out of our misery. How are you filming those off the bike shots? Been looking in your wing mirrors to see if I can spot another bike but I can't. Drone maybe? I gots to know!!!
Bit of a dream bike of mine! The last Daytona was a lovely looking bike in my opinion, making this one look only slightly out of date. If Triumph made a new Daytona I would certainly lust after it, but would I buy it? No probably not. So I guess their market research is accurate. There’s a company in Essex that rents out bikes and I think they have one of these, in the coming years if I ever get back to the UK I will have to give it a go. Your vid = Great breakdown of the bike as always!
Great review again Mr Flyer, a truly lovely bike. Maybe the coiled up wires are the same as on the street triple with its higher bars, hence they are a bit long for the Daytona? I agree though, it's not good enough on a premium priced, limited edition bike.
Lovely looking but not for big folks like me. Have to say I was concerned for the welfare of your Hero 9 on a suction cup on the mirror. Your Tim Peak vid was excellent 👍
Great review and a nice looking bike. No please dont go up in cc Triumph. The price always go up and also the insurance costs. No make a bike like the honda cbr650 to compete with like the looks and price. Theres so few bikes like that on the market. A little bit tired of all the naked bikes nowadays so please Triumph make an affordable sportmachine to compete with honda and aprilia. Looking forward to that
I nearly put a deposit on one when the rumours of a new Daytona were out. I’m so glad I didn’t. I was hoping to see a totally new redesigned bike. Sadly it’s the same old looking Daytona blinged up! I for for one would love to see Triumph build a totally new Daytona. If they could build a sports bike with the looks of my 899 Panigale I’d buy one tomorrow as i’d love to buy British! Sadly I can’t see that happening as they do so well with Retro Classics and adventure bikes coupled with the fact that the sports bike market is shrinking. You can only but hope!
i did the same! cancelled my preorder as soon as i saw dated image what a joke. Triumph could have designed something epic instead they released a pile of shit dressed up as “limited edition”
Sports bikes are a bit out vogue , have been for some time , its all adventure bikes and retros that do the business these days ,and for some reason Triumph weren't that successful back in the day when sports bikes were the thing to have , shame because they did make some great bikes , just couldn't quite cut it with the big boys . That's a nice collectors piece though for all its minor faults , review is spot on as always .
Interestingly enough, there’s two new still available near me still new though I am in Southern California so it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise that dealerships had a few to spare.
Thanks very much for the review Mr Flyer. I very much like this version of the 765 triple, but would I swop my Street R for one? no not really, I'm very happy (2 months in) and I think I've got the better deal when you factor in the price. However I'd give my right arm for those clip-ons and fairing lol. BTW you said the range was 189 mls/gal I think you mean per tank?? :>)
Nice review. I always thought that Daytonas were the nicest looking sports bikes. Should Triumph bring them back? I don't ride sports bikes any more these days, my idea of the ideal bike would be something like a Sprint with shaft drive ... with the emphasis on the "would be" ... I think it a shame that those sorts of bikes are unfashionable now.
My 2014 is a special edition number 42 of 47 , Danny Eslick won the 2014 daytona 200 so triumph made 47 of the bike he rode . I started to trade mine in for the 765 but it just wasn't worth it . The bike is beautiful though .
Great review as ever Andy, but how are you getting that ‘off the bike’ shot?? Is it anything to do with that ’thing’ we can see growing out of the bike when you use the view of you from the mirror cam? It’s like you are being followed by a drone.
A cracking bike, a real shame it was just a limited run. Maybe the upcoming Speed Triple RR will fill the gap. Ace use of the Insta360 One X2, guessing mounted to the exhaust hanger? :-)
For such a limited run, many parts simply don't make sense to replace them with custom bits when off the shelf numbers will work just fine (well, they could, but then the price will really go up, and quickly out of the range a Triumph purchaser would be willing to pay - not being an uber elite brand). That said, it does look very nice. But simply too small for me. :)
It has some lovely details and Triumph make lovely bikes, but to my eyes, it does look dated, particularly the front end, around the headlights. I will add that obviously looks are subjective and I am biased in that since I took a short break from bikes, then came back, I just don't find that sportsbikes do it for me anymore, with the exception of certain unobtainable exotica. Thanks for another great review👍
Looks great should have gold wheels though but very nice. Will spares be an issue in the future with it only being a short run and not the same as anything else / cool : )
All bikes were by official standards 'hand made' - small batch build. Shame as I think they could update it fully and it would sell well... still price comes into it, as you rightly point out RS660 is selling well.
Surely Triumph would have a Daytona 1200 . Mind you the Speed Triple 1200 RR that's been teased almost looks like it's a semi faired Daytona . I still haven't got around to testing out the Speed Triple 1200 RS. I'm worried that riding it might damage my bank balance even more !
Looks good except the headlights look very bulbous from the side on these I think. Best looking Daytona though but expensive too.looks like they sold out over a year ago as all for sale are either 2019 or2020
@@TheMissendenFlyer oh, I Switches to a 2016 XSR 900. The reason was the angle of my knees in the STR. I told my self that the higher torque and better ergonomics of the XSR will make me more happier but the torque is not everything.
Cheers Kawaduc - glad we pretty much agree!
Cheers Steve - surely it’s only a matter of time before we get a Sportsbike from Triumph?
Beautiful bike and flying the flag. Shame they only made so few.
I just wish Triumph design team would revisit the Colour Palette option on their computers??
Gorgeous bike, needs some colour …..
Agreed!
They wanted to keep the bare carbon to allow the bikes' owners to show off, if I had to guess.
You can have any colour you like, so long as it's black, white or a combination of the two...
Thanks for the review, what a lovely bike. The whine from a triple is not intake noise, it is from the balancer shaft which has straight cut gears, that is what makes the whine or whistling noise that is so distinctive. Makes for a characterful sound. You certainly get induction roar from Triumph triples but the whine is the balancer shaft which is necessary to balance out the uneven power strokes.
Remember "nuclear red" and that lime green from the late 90s/early 2000s?
I've always liked the Daytona, and still wouldn't mind having one. Peace..
Wonder if there’s a Dynavolt for the road coming soon. I reckon that would be lovely
you can't beat the sound of a triple .
Props to that glorious 360 cam footage
Glad you liked it!
Sounds good to me!
Enjoyed the new camera angle! 🤙
Glad you noticed it!
Thanks for watching!
Love that rear camera, can you at some point give details about it❤️
Yes maybe - in the meantime it’s an Insta 360 camera….clever bit of kit!
I have two mates that have them one has 0 miles on he moved house and pushed it to his new house got to love his commitment to his investment😁🙈the other uses it most weekends
Some people prefer the powerband and gearing of the 675r over the 765 Daytona
Lovely looking bike,
What manufacturer is the suction cup camera holder that your using on the left hand mirror ,
I don’t recall - sorry!
If I a road course less than 2 hours away where I could get the potential out of the bike safely I'd give it try....but alas I don't and I won't.
Fair enough!
I think it’s odd that triumph do moto2 engines and sponsorship but don’t have a sports bike in their range
Isn’t it just!
Loving the off shot camera 👏👌
Great bike ! If only the graphics were a little better...
Something Austin Powers might ride. It’s got the Union Jack. I’ll just need to add the Southern Cross stars ⭐️
I think LCR pointed out the over long wire also, still a cracking bike though
I was looking at one of these in Scotland when on tour last week. The carbon bodywork really pops in the sunshine and the bike looks great. The dash is really obvious that it's been squeezed in and at the wrong angle. The real thing I don't like is the ?/765 on the yoke when there's actually twice as many. That's a cheap trick.
Yes I tend to agree on that….
Insta 360 one x2 is the camera….and no plans, sorry….
Great review of the bike, the question that I have is how do you do the alongside rear 3/4 shots at the beginning of the the video?
Insta 360 one x2 camera 😉
Thanks.Personally I do not prefer the Carbon look against the array of other plastics available. The coiled wiring should be good for longevity and not failing, Amen!
Love it 😍 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
They were selling several here in Canada at my local Triumph dealership for only $14000 CAD (8000 GBP) just this summer - Triumph may say they were all sold, but I suppose that includes 'to dealerships'.
Wow at £8k a steal!
@@TheMissendenFlyer Perhaps we should re-import them at that price.
@@TheMissendenFlyer Absolutely! They did eventually sell, but it took months to do so. Maybe I wasn't alone in my mixed opinion on it - still, a beautiful ride.
Sold out in the UK.
There are 3 of these in my local dealership in illinois. Brand new, no miles and they just discounted them to $13750
Wow that's amazing....wonder why they're not selling...
are there any other middleweights with up and down quickshifters?
Great looking bike
Thanks for the video Mr Flyer. Ok, put us out of our misery. How are you filming those off the bike shots? Been looking in your wing mirrors to see if I can spot another bike but I can't. Drone maybe? I gots to know!!!
It’s one of those clever 360 degree numbers (Insta 360 one X2)
Bit of a dream bike of mine! The last Daytona was a lovely looking bike in my opinion, making this one look only slightly out of date. If Triumph made a new Daytona I would certainly lust after it, but would I buy it? No probably not. So I guess their market research is accurate. There’s a company in Essex that rents out bikes and I think they have one of these, in the coming years if I ever get back to the UK I will have to give it a go. Your vid = Great breakdown of the bike as always!
Thank you!
Probably feels heavy because you're basically steering it by the forks. Wider bars give one a lot more leverage.
Great review again Mr Flyer, a truly lovely bike. Maybe the coiled up wires are the same as on the street triple with its higher bars, hence they are a bit long for the Daytona? I agree though, it's not good enough on a premium priced, limited edition bike.
That’s exactly what I suspect they are!
We just secured 6 to go into the family collections.
What?? A little greedy eh???
I'm loving the dash
Lovely looking but not for big folks like me. Have to say I was concerned for the welfare of your Hero 9 on a suction cup on the mirror. Your Tim Peak vid was excellent 👍
Thank you!
If they could build
a sports bike with the looks of my 899 Panigale I’d buy one tomorrow as i’d love to buy British!
Sadly I can’t see that happening as they do so well with Retro Classics and adventure bikes coupled with the fact that the sports bike market is shrinking. You can only but hope!
i did the same! cancelled
my preorder as soon as i saw dated image what a joke.
That's a nice collectors piece though for all its minor faults , review is spot on as always .
yeah the RS660 is down on power to the DT765 and V2 - but it's also about 5k cheaper that you can put towards track mods.
Hopefully Noale bring a Factory version out down the track too
Have to agree. I'd save myself 5K and buy the more colourful Aprililia RS660 and enjoy the thrills of a mini RSV4.
Great looking machine.
Nice review. Reminds me of a triumph tiger 1050 i used to have until someone in a car plowed into me and it got written off.
Oh dear, sorry to hear that….
@@TheMissendenFlyer Thanks. Oh well that's life.
Interestingly enough, there’s two new still available near me still new though I am in Southern California so it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise that dealerships had a few to spare.
Are they at a good price?
@@TheMissendenFlyer actually yes. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time till someone picks them up.
Great looking bike, but as you say shame about the finish on the TFT fitting and excess wiring
I always thought that Daytonas were the nicest looking
sports bikes. Should Triumph bring them back? I don't ride sports
bikes any more these days, my idea of the ideal bike would be something
like a Sprint with shaft drive ... with the emphasis on the "would be"
Need to compare it to PANIGALE V2 BAYLISS. As this one special too 😁
Mr TMF, can you please tell me how you got those camera angles, with the camera seemingly following you on the ride ? The shots look great
360 camera, Insta360 One X2 probably. They are very cool!
That’s the one!
That’s amazing! How does that work? There are shots where you see the whole bike without anything in view that the camera’s attached to.
Great review as ever Andy, but how are you getting that ‘off the bike’ shot?? Is it anything to do with that ’thing’ we can see growing out of the bike when you use the view of you from the mirror cam? It’s like you are being followed by a drone.
He uses a 360 degree camera. Is likely down in the links on his videos. 👍
Yes - it’s my Insta 360 camera - clever stuff eh?!
@@TheMissendenFlyer it’s amazing mate, gives a completely different perspective on the bike - I think it’s taken your reviews up to a whole new level!
A cracking bike, a real shame it was just a limited run. Maybe the upcoming Speed Triple RR will fill the gap.
Ace use of the Insta360 One X2, guessing mounted to the exhaust hanger? :-)
Yes that’s right - glad you liked it!
@@TheMissendenFlyer I love seeing more and more channels using the 360 cameras :-)
Daytona's have always been good. Too bad, Triumph doesn't want to sell it to the public. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
What’s that stupid orang disc nailed onto the front mud guard, looks like an after thought.
My pleasure Neil!
Is it just me but does that round orange reflector on the front looks like a really cheap add on?
Reflectors rarely look good fo they…..
You can take them off but it's illegal, mine are in a box in the garage lol .
Looks great should have gold wheels though but very nice. Will spares be an issue in the future with it only being a short run and not the same as anything else / cool : )
I hadn’t thought about that - good point!
Still two on the floor at euro in Daytona Beach .
Good video TMF. It is a nice looking bile shame about the little things you pointed out.
All bikes were by official standards 'hand made' - small batch build. Shame as I think they could update it fully and it would sell well... still price comes into it, as you rightly point out RS660 is selling well.
Lovely! I'll take 2 pls
😁
Surely Triumph would have a Daytona 1200 . Mind you the Speed Triple 1200 RR that's been teased almost looks like it's a semi faired Daytona .
I still haven't got around to testing out the Speed Triple 1200 RS. I'm worried that riding it might damage my bank balance even more !
Love that bike.
Looks good except the headlights look very bulbous from the side on these I think. Best looking Daytona though but expensive too.looks like they sold out over a year ago as all for sale are either 2019 or2020
Which 360° camera are you using?
Insta 360 one something?? (Don’t have it to hand…)
If Triumph are watching, a new sports tourer a la Sprint please!
I would love to get a chance to buy Info the few 765 Daytona’s. I’m still mad that I sold my 765 RS.
Out of interest what did you sell it and what did you replace it with?
@@TheMissendenFlyer oh, I Switches to a 2016 XSR 900. The reason was the angle of my knees in the STR. The CP3 is an awesome engine and is very hooligan like but it’s just not that good in comparison to the 765 RS.
I told my self that the higher torque and better ergonomics of the XSR will make me more happier but the torque is not everything. I know that this complains sound alienating from an outside perspective. 2022 will definitely the year where my XSR is changing its owner.
There will be a day where I get me a new RS. From an optics perspective unwound really love a 765 Trident.
@@TheMissendenFlyer meanwhile, I just bought a speed triple 1200.
I don’t know but the original 2006 Daytona 675 looks so much better in both yellow and silver. A future classic. This one… yeah it’s special but does not look like one, apart from all the carbon.
189 mpg? .... Amazing how technology moves on.
