Were u able to solve your issue, I am having the same🤷‍♂️
My BTC and cardano shows as received in my trust wallet, but my total remained the same. It hasn’t increased. I copied and pasted the same address as previously used with no issues. So it should be same address and blockchain. My toggle is green in add tokens as well. Not sure why these last transactions aren’t being added to my total even though it shows received in my wallet. It worked fine for previous transactions.
