Sometimes he sounds so disingenuous, and desperate for respect. He clings to these old tropes, like a naive kid who wants to hang with the “cool kids”, but he clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of “cool”. He is so cliched. Nothing authentic, just the usual drivel about drugs, sex; all instant gratification; just soul sucking nonsense.
