He has coalesced NATO and brought back its power, protected Taiwan, sanctioned Russia, worked on immigration reforms, squeezed China out of the "chips" business, kept US from depending on foreign oil, and many other things. Internally, military must buy from US companies, infrastructure repairs are underway, medical costs for chronic illness drastically cut, negotiations with GoP for important national problems, reduced inflation and unemployment by record numbers, crime numbers are way down, and more. These things don't make the news because they are not sensational.
