Hey. Different cook, different recipe preference. Personally, I like butter and whipping cream a little salt and pepper. But I cook super tender and mash completely, then use a mixer to get them really fluffy.

Why they did it was stupid. If you have leftover gravy it is fine. One cube is a serving of gravy so it is easy to portion control and easy to store once frozen.
Im not vegan or vegetarian but i def appreciate the fact the the tornadoed sweet potatoes used vegetarian parm was a sweet touch to keep in free of animal products(except the butter of course but palm shortening would be a sweet substitue if you ask me
Or you can do the golden corral or you can pick up a turkey and all its fixings at your local deli...and some cook it for you if your really dont wanna...I learn how to use a bag to cook mine....
I’m confused. Why add vegetarian parm if you add butter? Thanksgiving isn’t difficult to make vegetarian or even vegan. Just pay attention to what you’re doing. It really can be done and made delicious!

Elyse Reed Parmesan is made using enzymes from calf stomachs. I think they’re called renets/rennets/something along those lines. I think there are some other cheeses that are made in a similar way, but I’m not a vegetarian so I don’t really know much about it
