Why not to avoid ibuprofen in children? Won't it interfere with platelet function in children, i mean notto be used similarly to adults.ibuprofen is c/i in dengue

NSAIDs are commonly used in children if platelet count is normal. If platelets are low, PCM is preferred. Aspirin to be avoided
