What is Adjusted EBITDA?? (Transaction Services and FDD)

Here's some of my thoughts on the career path I've gone for post training at Deloitte including details about what Transactions Services actually is and what the work looks like on a day to day basis!
Worth a watch ahead of any upcoming interviews to get a better steer on calculating Adjusted EBITDA.

I just passed my cpa in america, and have been applying to audit jobs. But this side of advisory seems every interesting do you like it more than audit? And do they often hire staff straight out of college for these jobs?
