    I have an Elite 9 Ti2 that I use on a SXS. I’ve found that there’s a 16 kb limit on the plotted trail size. Anything larger than that, I have to create a new trail to fill in the portion that won’t import to the Lowrance, then when using it on the trail, turn both trails on as shown in the video. It took a lot of hours of frustration to get this issue figured out.

      How long are the trails that you're planning? Milage wise?

      @@RuggedRoutes The one I’m having trouble with is about 62 miles.

      @@garyweston2536 that is very strange. Try backing up your data and settings then doing a hard reset.

    That was great information .. Thanks
    Question -- do you know if there is a way to change the pointer from a boat to a jeep or anything else?

      Just take it out of 3d mode and it will turn into a black arrow

    The great thing about a GPS is you know exactly where your at when you get lost.

      @@RuggedRoutes You can get lost quicker with a GPS as well vs a paper map where you're constantly stopping to unfold / fold it..
      Bonus Chuckle:
      I was standing in front of the Lowrance Chart plotters at a Sportsman Warehouse, the dept mgr walks up to me and says can I help you? Yes do you have any off road maps for these units? Why yes we do follow me..
      She takes me over to the paper map section.. I grab one and say it's your turn to follow me, we walk back to the chart plotters I open the card slot and try to insert the paper map into it..
      Her face went pale as I walked away shaking my head..

    How do you import the ride route with the satellite image too???

    • @RuggedRoutes
      @RuggedRoutes  6 лет назад

      This only transfers the route itself.

    Does this add the satellite image as well or only the path?
