How to make button visible to entire website like it should appear on every page of website. Sir, Is it possible without installing new plugin.

It would be relatively easy to do if you put the button in the header or footer because those elements probably appear on every page of your site. If you use Elementor Pro you could create a template for the button and then include the template on all the pages through the Elementor editor. I hope that helps :) Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching!

My issue is that the button isn't doing anything..Also, I want to highlight it so that when someone hits it, the color changes

That can be frustrating! The first I would check is to make sure a URL is in the link field for the button. If there is a valid link there and the button still doesn't work, then it might be underneath an invisible element. You would change the Z-index on the "Advanced" tab for the button to fix that. If you've never encountered Z-index check out this video: ruclips.net/video/SSX_FTy1bIE/видео.html. It's not exactly for your situation, but it will explain what Z-index is.
You can change the button color for someone "hovers" over it on the "Style" tab for the button. Click "Hover" on the "Style" tab and choose a color. That will be the color the button changes to when someone taps the button on mobile.
If you want the button to change when someone clicks it on desktop then you'll need to add some Javascript to the page that changes the button color. Is that something you want to do?
