It's always the same thing. When the driver is first pulled over, she tries really hard to act sober and comply with the tests. But, as soon as she's put in handcuffs, all that hard work trying to look sober, turns the driver into a belligerent, intoxicated, angry drunk, because the jig is up. It happens every time.

See the issue with the tests. Is my lawyer proved them worthless in a courtroom. Lol apparently even the judges know sober ppl have issues. One case got thrown out for being completely unconstitutional and the other for failure to provide evidence of me being under the influence. Both times I wasn't and failed the test.

If you know you are intoxicated never consent to a field sobriety test. I love how in every dwi video the individual says :I had 2 beers like a couple of hours ago. Respect the police and yourself by politely asking them you would like to remain silent. Lying to the police is disrespectful to them as well as unnecessary. Mirandized or not you have the right to remain silent. If you did something wrong then you know it. I have had so many positive encounters with the police and it aggravates the crap out of me when people blanket LE as the enemy due to a few bad apples. Also passes me off that defund the police individuals never hesitate to call the police when they are the victim. Oh someone robbed your house because there wasn't a police presence in the neighborhood cause you defunded the police. We'll make sure a detective in the department will get right on it in 6 months. That unit got defunded and we only have one detective handling those investigations. Feel free to call us for an update to your case however do to defunding we had to hire a baboon to handle all incoming calls. So far we have got him to pick up the phone, but he bites the cord and proceeds to lay massive turds all over the front office. Due to defunding we can't have IT get us a replacement. Additionally do to defunding our janitorial staff is only in once a week so the poop is everywhere for 6 or 7 days. The baboon also gave some of us monkey pox.
