  • Tapaka chicken is known to most as a dish of Georgian cuisine. It was loved by many for its fried, crispy crust and tender, juicy pulp. This is achieved by a special cooking technology: beating, marinating, an abundance of fragrant spices and frying under pressure (load).
    Try an unusual tapaka chicken recipe and if you like it, then like it.
    Recipe:
    🔅Chickens 800 gr 2 pcs
    🔅Frying oil grows. 100 ml
    🔅 Butter 30 gr
    Marinade:
    🔅Salt 2 parts
    🔅 Black pepper 1 tsp
    🔅 Red pepper 1/2 tsp
    🔅Suneli hops 2 parts
    🔅Basil 1 tsp
    🔅Lemon 1 piece
    🔅Vegetable oil 100 ml
    Pasta green:
    🔅 Garlic 4-5 cloves
    🔅Parsley - 1 bunch
    🔅 Butter rast 50 gr
    🔅Salt 1/2 tsp
    Cooking :
    Flatten each chicken in one layer, making an incision along the breast, beat with a hammer under the film. Grate with dry spices: hops-suneli, basil, peppers, salt.
    Prepare the marinade and marinate the chickens in the marinade, pack tightly into a container and cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove the pickled chickens from the refrigerator in advance 1-1.5 hours before frying.
    Prepare a green paste of parsley, garlic and oil.
    Using oppression, fry the chickens in a mixture of vegetable and butter for 6 minutes on each side.
    Grease with green paste and warm on both sides in the same pan over medium heat, 1 minute each under light oppression.
    Put the chickens on a dish, pour green oil.
