    1- wake up before 7 am
    2- first go to wash your face and fresh
    3- make your bed
    4- drink minimum 2 glass water with
    listening deep and silent music
    5- 10 minute meditation
    6- 10 minute exercise
    7- listen or read some motivating story
    8- 10 minute self talk about your goals
    9- give 10 minute yourself to plan you day and write down that on a peace of paper
    10 - use minimum phone. And if you use it ,then use for constructive purpose

    2. Make your bed after waking up - military discipline
    3. Listen music - calm and composed ( put alarm in music)
    4. Read / watch something inspiring
    5. Deep breathing - pranayam
    6. Do yoga/ streching/ walking
    7. Take sunlight - serotonin levels

    1. After waking up first drink a glass of water.( Prevent dehydration of brain cells)
    2. Make your bed( sign of discipline)
    3. Listen 10 min calm/ instrumental music ( no louder and sad music)
    4. Read 10 min. Some motivational / inspirational book.
    5.10 min. Meditation/ simple breath in or breath out.
    6.move your body
    7. Take sunlight ( increases serotonin)
    8. Take cold shower ( not in winter 😂)
    9. Plan your day( on paper)
    10. 10. Min think about your life and goal.

    1. Woke up and directly join online classes and again goes back to sleep.
    2. Finally woken up and go to take bath then eat lunch because breakfast ke time toh so rahi thi😂.
    3. Homework homework homework🤯🤯. Likhne ka hi kaam khatam nahi hota.

    I do stretching,
    my Mumma gives me boiled water in winters and asks me to drink water but I don't like to drink or eat something before brushing teeth so sometimes follow it and
    take cold shower
    I used to make my bed but now from a month my younger sister sleeps with me and woke up late so I make it when she wakes up
    I will try to follow 4,5,7,9,10

    But morning I like the chirps of birds, moist smeared leaves and flowers... mind soothing
    Drinking water is in my regular chore, breathing in irregular routine😅. Cool shower is also a proven fact for a positive day.
    But most of the things depend on economy related life style which all people cannot attain though they these r not directly related to economy. Good housing, water availability, self care opportunity are the factors. But another group is also there who have all opportunities but not motivated. Very good video, thank you😊😊
