I do stretching, my Mumma gives me boiled water in winters and asks me to drink water but I don't like to drink or eat something before brushing teeth so sometimes follow it and take cold shower I used to make my bed but now from a month my younger sister sleeps with me and woke up late so I make it when she wakes up I will try to follow 4,5,7,9,10

Cool shower is also a proven fact for a positive day. But most of the things depend on economy related life style which all people cannot attain though they these r not directly related to economy. Good housing, water availability, self care opportunity are the factors. But another group is also there who have all opportunities but not motivated. Very good video, thank you😊😊

I do stretching,
my Mumma gives me boiled water in winters and asks me to drink water but I don't like to drink or eat something before brushing teeth so sometimes follow it and
take cold shower
I used to make my bed but now from a month my younger sister sleeps with me and woke up late so I make it when she wakes up

But most of the things depend on economy related life style which all people cannot attain though they these r not directly related to economy. Good housing, water availability, self care opportunity are the factors. But another group is also there who have all opportunities but not motivated. Very good video, thank you😊😊
