It blows my mind that Radiohead have songs like THIS on the back shelf. Give this song to any other modern band and it would become known as that band's best song.
@@richspursuk5558 There was a video a while back that showed how Muse copied a lot of Radiohead songs including Knives Out but it's been long sense removed, but ever since I saw that video I've hated them to my core for it.
@@kyleferyeah, while they’re incredibly derivative they explored this sound really in depth and made some bangers on their earlier albums. I don’t care for their later stuff when they tried to be queen though.
This is from Stone Mountain Park, near Atlanta, Georgia 2001 Amnesiac tour. Pretty sure I floated out of my body at 2:55 into this video and did not return until I was in the parking lot.
I was there too!!! An absolutely religious experience. I've seen Radiohead 4 times (that was the first) and everyone I've talked that was there says it was the best concert they've ever been to.
@@GPsgurl80 it was my absolute favorite song at the time. I knew it was being peppered into the setlist as well so inwas kind of expecting it. Still hit me like a ton bricks BOTH times they started it

2:57 I can really see how Radiohead influenced Muse. I love Radiohead
U can also see this on eleectioneering
FUCK OFF =MUSE= were doing this way before GAYDIOHEAD
Muse is a pale echo. I love Radiohead like I love the Beatles but Muse not really at all.
Muse perfected what Radiohead started
2:28 Ed is on point as always
Well, now we know what Muse was listening to circa 1997.
Nikolai Rogich i thought muse were radiohead when i heard showbiz

I think this is when they started to realize how great they could be
NoSheep2 i reckon they realised that a lot sooner

Radiohead restarting a song!!!!!
(Head explodes)
still up there as one of my favourite songs they've done!
geez...whenever jonny plays a solo it should be mandatory for the camera to focus on nothing but him.
Roland that’s what he gets for being so damn humble and amazing. 💜💜💜 overlooked by many but seen as genius by those of us who love him
I love the way he plays at 1:55 and it's so disappointing that it doesn't exist in the recorded version...
100%
I love how emi licensed this as creep.
Ikr, they license all, yes all of their live performances as creep
HELP!
I liked the snare.
Holy shit. I already loved this song and its climax but fucking hell. They are gods.
Solo's amazing!
the absolute highlight of my very first Radiohead show ever.. the feels
Seeing, hearing and knowing they were playing B-side "Pearly" was just Wow. I remember thinking then "Was this in real time?" Indeed, it was.

WTF happened to the best part of this track?
ColinZeal maybe Jony was excited
HEY CAMERA 1!! Go the the guy playing the FUCKING SOLO! AAAAGH YOU'RE FUCKING FIRED
here I am again, 4 years later. Still pissed. Awesome solo with no footage. What a wanker.
Wtf is happening at 0:45 ? Why do they stop and what's he saying? I can't hear anything
He says the snare is way too loud
"STOP, turn the fuckin snare down bro, it's like a fuckinn rock"
How is this Licensed as Creep
@PENGUINP94 better belive it!
1:09
where's Ed?
He’s playing the drums with Phil
when was this concert??
Mono Jaramillo 2001 Amnesiac tour near Atlanta, GA. I was 16 years old and up against the railing. Absolute bliss.
jesus, man.
Never thought I'd say this, but too much Johnny at the end, can't hear Ed's lovely guitar part.
cuz he's playing the fuckin drums
+Reza Karimi - I think you're confused...
no he plays drums on pearly
he's right behind Philip
So he is. Just what the hell?
He runs back to his usual spot on 1:55. I too miss his guitar at the end, you can just barely hear it
this songs is sou "Mussy"
kevin hernandez ramos You should be joking
Mussy are so radioheady
poor ed's been left out of the frame!
He’s playing the drums with Phil
turn the f$#king what down?
Snare, he meant the snare drum
what's with the crazy letterbox cropping? I've got the uncropped footage of this, it's 4:3. lame attempt at making it look modern
wtf muse?
Cuántos añitos tenes que no sabes un choto de la vida bebé?

you COMPLETELY missed the solo.... my time has been wasted.
'Kinell Trigg, you had two jobs, the first was to make it loud and the latter was to sort that fucking snare out.
Jobs done 👍
