I do individual supplies too for the same reason. If I had to share supplies and someone in my group was putting them in their mouth, picking their nose and touching stuff, and losing everything--I'd be hot! Also, individual supplies have helped me better see who is not keeping track/taking care of their supplies.

I tried the digital planner but still felt like I needed to write it down so last year and for next year I printed/made my own planner!! Love the video!!
Most of the time, I just have them listen to me read since it's just for fun. When I do it as a novel study we talk about different standards and comprehension skills throughout the book. Then we end with usually watching the movie if it has one or doing a classroom transformation with comprehension challenges that match it.
I looked EVERYWHERE for it and I can never find it!! Honestly, I think it was a freebie to a newsletter I signed up for. I'll have to make one myself and share it when I do.
