I don't really know about the whole turning early thing, on some other countries' The Voice they basically turn as soon as they find out the person isn't shit, which I personally find ridiculous. Why not use the time you have to make sure the person is actually *good* and not just "not shit"?
If you turn instantly and the singer then messes up horribly for the rest of the song, what are you going to do?
The whole point of the show is the voice itself, that's why they have the backs to the singers. It's not a competition about who turns first.

i’ve watched this since 7 years ago over and over and over with the same emotions, same ritme every time it’s makes me cry nothing change what a voice what a legend

I can't stop listening to this! I don't feel like i'm hearing a guy trying to win over some judges and auditioning, Just sounds like an already made artist coming to perform. He's got a distinct voice that to me doesn't even sound like it needs any coaching. I just hope this guy makes it to the live shows.

Chills, goosebumps, love at first note... call it what you want, but I love this performance.
This was a great nuanced performance, my favourite of show one, and I would argue by far the most technically impressive! This demonstrates the value of great song choice, with its modern harmonic sensibilities and the raw emotion of the message delivered with passion and commitment by a singer who knows how to bare his soul right there on the stage. Stevie has power, projection and tone, but he also has the great male weakness of a split. But didn't he handle it well? Tom smiled as first Stevie showed us how to use the split for effect - get the breathing right and make sure the change is placed on the right line. Then Stevie pushed his lower octave through the split, making that gorgeous cracking tone that really hurts the singer, which is the moment Tom turned around. Tom knows if Stevie is prepared to bleed for the song the man could be a winner. Bravo!
