I think the most under looked part of your asmr is the eye contact, it really makes it personal and trains you to really understand what you are saying 🖤
I have a Brutally hard time making eye contact with her! 😆

I love the way you explain manifesting. From what I’ve studied and read about, it’s as you said; feeling what you want from the Universe, as if you already have it, owning it. Then trusting as you mentioned ~ I know people can be impatient when it comes to manifesting, but that shows lack and lack means attachment which therefor causes delay. Manifesting can take time, but trust it’s coming.
I always tell my friends:
“set your intention- how would it feel if you had it now? Focus on the feeling- act as if you already have it- then let it go and trust it’s on its way. And keep focus on your growth in the meantime.”
I came to realize that we’ve been manifesting subconsciously since day 1. There are so many methods to this, but the way you explained here, Masha is such a clear / understanding way of doing it! I can get deep in this convo, haha, but, I’ll leave on this note here ~

When it comes to major problems, you're absolutely right: thinking expends energy. My brain hogs a lot of the energy from my body, and hardly anything ever gets done.
So when people ask me to do something for them but then say "do what you want", I say "no ... give me instructions, so that the time is devoted to concrete actions and the results can satisfy you AND me". (It comes out of my mouth less eloquent than that, though.)

Today was my last work day in the military. A lot of people looked up to me and a good bit of people were sad to hear I will be gone. One of the higher ranking bosses said, “I had no clue he was leaving soon. Most people stop working months before they leave, but he worked until the very last day.” Very sad to leave some of my best of friends but happy to start the next chapter of my life.
