thank you for watching my videos. courier services are done for safety purposes. however if im in close area with my client. i plan to meet them in a public place for example the mall. however this is just preferance…. make sure you are safe before anything else.
paxi does deliver to the nearest client’s pep store. however it is only in south africa. To other countries i use different international couriers eg fedex.,., sometimes i put it on the bus…. i try to minimise costs as much as i can.

Just the phone number of the receipient and their location. It is easy if you know the name of the mall where nearest pep is located.

yes you can cancel a paxi parcel by contacting the paxi support number
