Oregonian born here and I'll die here!! Like my grandma once told me Oregon is god's country but only a few have what it takes to live here. 61 years and counting. Oregon #1
We very rarely winch off trees. It's vehicle to vehicle. And this location is very deep into the mountains. (Hours of driving) Wildlife doesn't have food here. Wildlife is located much closer to human populations. Where habitat is much easier for them to feed. To be honest, I've never seen any wildlife when we are crawling in low range. There are no deer or cat tracks across the road at this location.
@@mallcrawleroffroad-brandon9298 Looked good was it just not lots of fresh powder ? I was thinking you should make a video showing the trucks off, like what has been done to them and what might be coming up to get done. maybe a video on what you guys carry with you as far as parts and tools, maybe favorite beers lol
I jus did a 3.4 swap in my 2nd gen runner maybe it have enough power to do some snow runs lol but man you guys know how to build um so bad ass thanks for the entertainment I’m in wa can’t wait to do some wheeling soon
A crowd of city boys like that would drive me crazy. Just the freeway in snow. I'm a loner from the Alaskan bush. One winter I saw 3 people. Too crowded. We come out of the bush to the lodge sometimes to shoot the shit Then we go back into our solitude.
I'm in longview my dad has a built toyota and he used to go up the 3000 line around 20 years ago and hasn't been since 2005 when I was born and I recently fixed the truck so I wanna try and convince him to go up there this year and I've never heard of the hangover run could you tell me about it?
@@mallcrawleroffroad-brandon9298 AWESOME!! We’re just figuring out the editing and stuff, I wish we had the snow you guys have. It’s been minimal this year
@@mallcrawleroffroad-brandon9298 from what part's? I'm guessing the front half is from a 4runner but what was used for the rear doors, roof, and cab? I thought that model only came in 2 door with fiberglass removeable canopy?
Thanks. The samurai's had i believe 29" and 31" tsl swampers. The white tundra was on a set of highway all terrains. Struggled a bit, but made it all the way in the ruts. Not very big tires at all, lol.
Irok's on the lighter trucks, hot knifed tsl, something wide and not stiff on the sidewalls that can air down and have a good footprint. Really the snow here is always so different, so one tire might do better in certain conditions.
I don't me with Facebook other than just marketplace. Maybe Instagram I'll post a local invite. New years day is usually when new people get in on trips.

This video is a wet dream of mine, from Ireland.
We don't get good snow for long. Last year was a pretty good season. Hope we get another round this year.

Lucky for all you guys there's plenty trees to winch off of. That's an insane hord of people. Must be a terrifying hell for the wild life.

This is the only run like this. Most of the other ones are technical and don't get filmed
That Bronco is sweet
"Student Driver" LMAO. I want to wheel with you guys.
Are you going on the hangover run on the 1-3 of January 2023??? At mt saint Hellen’s?
No, I don't think I'm going to make it. Work has been really busy, and the XJ is all torn apart right now. It's why I haven't posted any video's.
@@mallcrawleroffroad-brandon9298 ok I wish you the best to make it!

What steering box in the xj?
PSC full hydraulic kit. Best thing I ever did.
What kind of tires are you running? They sure seem to chew the snow
Pro comp mt2 in 40's
How did the gladiator handle towing that rig?
It's a diesel. Surprisingly well. I wouldn't want to do it all the time
