@@jonkess2768 its more on the flavour of the broth i think. The meat is little but the taste of the broth influence by the fishhead sweetness is yummy 😋

Nothing beats the taste of freshness. But don't carps have a lot of tiny bones inside the meat? I live in the US and we fish a lot but very few people eat the carps here because of the tiny bones. Every bite has like 3-4 bones in it so if not careful, you can swallow it and get stuck in your throat.

Most of the fish the restaurant serves are fresh water farm raised cheaper the supply is more consistent and the fresh water fish meat is more tender and not too big for steaming.Asians like the smaller fish around 2 pounds steaming the fish you can taste the freshness of the fish

But in the video is actually selling Sweet potato leaves. They are the edible leaves of the sweet potato vine. Though widely eaten throughout Asia & Africa, they are less well known to most of us in the U.S.
you do need to be very careful around solanaceae but this is a plant from a different family

Hmm.. I haven't got the chance to try out Kepong branch.
I went to Cheras mainly due to the boss and lady boss. I mean, who doesn't like being serve by boss ya 🤷 😏
But boss drops by outlets to QC, and he is a meticulous guy so I would say no harm giving it a try if Cheras is a distance from you.
If die 2 wanna go Cheras. Choose a Sunday where traffic can be a smooth as butter.
