What a stupid comment. Bucky doesn't even think he's a good human being let alone a good hero. He would never want to be the next Cap. He's not jealous. He's angry Sam gave up the Shield. He actually wanted Sam to be the next Cap. And Steve didn't choose Sam because he's a "better friend". Steve started a freaking civil war for Bucky! He chose Sam because he's a good person and soldier while Bucky still had a lot of shit to deal with at the time since he was still struggling with his past as the winter soldier.
