If they want to bring out Gen 4 then they have to deliver something unique, Gen 3 already fits the style of the world well. Things they could do: - Give them personalities e.g. lazy -> horse slows down at random, scaredy cat -> horse spooks at objects, naughty -> refuses jumps at random or bucks. - Give us options to customize them, e.g. select types of face marking/leg markings etc. - Give us more ways to work with horses outside of leveling in order for these horses to not just be an ornamental picture in the stable - In short, make the horses less than just a transportation mode 😅

Please let's not have one of the biggest horse games enforce the idea that horse not obeying is them being naughty when 99% of the time it's about horses being uncomfortable in poorly fitted tack, they are in pain/sick or not trained well enough for the task at hand.
While I didn't like the character updates when they came out, it grew on me. I can't wait to have new customizations. I still think they should lower the prices on everything because this game is marketed towards children and everything coats a fortune. Either that or pay us more JS and SC

I wish they'd just add sliders for the body types, like so many other games (and Heroforge) - that way they could make everybody happy. Except those who are lazy and don't want to do it themselves heheh
I’m honestly scared for gen 4 horses, gen 3 is already really realistic. And gen 3 already cost so much! So gen 4 will most likely be very expensive, I doubt they can fit all the gen 3 horses in Marley’s farm. I just don’t see how they can get any more recognizable and perfect than they already are. And don’t get me wrong I AM excited for gen 4, but just also worried. Then again this is just my opinion!

I hope they will still add more body types, people are requesting actual fit and slim characters but they only keep adding more bigger body types, they should add both... And also give some of the F versions some boobs, like at least a B cup. 😅
I do think Gen 4 is a good idea despite the fact that that means they'll be making/remaking horses.. they'll be doing that regardless. I think the most recent horses like the Lipizzaner and Dutch Warmblood feel less 'cartoony', they had a style during Gen 2 that kinda leaked into Gen 3 that makes some horses look out of place in Gen 3. They have so much potential to what you could do with your horses instead of purely training. They really need to add more personality and unique changes to their horses like markings, wider range of coats, height adaptor ect. Horses having different personalities using different idle animations. Maybe even a bit like in RDR2 where your horses reacts different depending on your bond, a new partnership means the horse reacts strongly to when your putting more pressure eg. doing a tight turn, slide stop, pushing them too far.
I am really exited for the name change feature! I did choose my name and like it but one of my friends came out as trans and changed their name to the same name as my sso character. It made it more difficult for me to get used to calling them by that name since i had associated the name with my character. It’s been some years and i’m used to calling my friend by their chosen name but now it feels wrong to have my character be called that because that name is theirs now, not mine.
funny story about my player name: i started playing in late 2012, a lil bit after it was released in english. i was 7 years old… SO, since the game was fairly new, i had ALL the opportunity in the world to pick a PERFECT “aesthetic” name. literally every good name was available! i didn’t randomize the name, i did deliberately choose it. the first two names i love, charlotte and flower… THEN I PUT PIE. Think they should just make a Star Stable 2 Add so there is a multiplayer and solo game. With updated graphics that don't hurt your eyes, just update a bunch of stuff and better game play along with better quests

Star stable is getting kinda un-fun with all the character updates. I thing what they should focus on is branded things in the game, like Lemieux saddle pads and base layers and Ariat things. I also think star stable should either put down the price of star coins or increase our allowance in game. I also payed 70 euro and all together with star coins about 200 euro on the game, and I only get one account, this is very annoying as now my sister wants an account and she has to pay 70 euro as well. The thing is, it's just stupid! Make the 4th generation. 3 should be the last in theory because 4 will be no different from it. Why should you do 4, if at the moment not even all the old horses of generations 1;1.5;2 have not been updated? It doesn't make any sense. SSO is not one of those games that need breeding. There's a slightly different mechanic. They want to add breeding, it will break to some extent the semantic existence of the 3rd generation (including previous ones). Okay, if they want it so much, what's the problem with adapting the entire 3rd generation to breeding? It would be easier for everyone, and more logical, too. But no, they decided to do some nonsense again!

The way technology keeps getting progressively better and better and more advanced they’ll keep going as long as the game stays alive (which probably wont be for super long)
