Hi Pasi. Nice to see you again. Is that copy of Divine Symmetry an actual official release? I saw Hanoi Rocks in 1984 at a club in Boston called The Paradise. Right after I saw Motley Crue with Ratt. Hi Rob. Yes A Divine Symmetry is an official release. There's been a whole lot of releases from Bowie since his death. Sometime earlier there was similar release of The man Who Sold The World. Sadly i got into Hanoi Rocks only after they had dispanded even though i did follow them on the music papers right from the start. Luckily i did watch their last Finnish performance as it was shown on tv at the time. I did manage to see the original Hanoi Rocks previous fall as a part of Michael Monroe's 60th birthday party. Mötley Crüe and Ratt in 1984 sounds great. You lived at the right time and a right place to see loads of fantastic gigs. John Cougar single must be a faulty pressing nobody could let that leave the pressing plant knowingly. Pasi
Does "Dark Side Of The Moon LIVE" come with any kind of poster or stuff? "Hunky Dory" is my favourite Bowie album too so I'd be more than curious to hear "A Divine Symmetry". I didn't even know about that release! It would make on helluva video if you would show all 256 singles that you bought in 2023 in one video! 😄 I've been curious about that real mix version of "Oriental Beat" but I'm not sure if I would like the music on that album. Dark Side Live comes with two posters. I took time to see how long it would take to make a flip video of just showing the sleeve of 256 singles. That alone took 5 minutes. Doing a proper video would take a minimum of 30 minutes. I'd rather make a series videos about some kind of collection on some artist/band like i have done before. I am close to achiving that with some bands like Genesis. I'm only missing one Genesis single and then i can make a video on their late career singles. Liking music is more important than a proper mix. Time changes view, i do now like most of the songs on that Wham comp. Not to worry, i will continue to buy, despite being in record buying break i gave in and bought one single. It's not much, but after the spending during the christmas period i should've been able to not buy for one month. Pasi
The Pink Floyd was great, sounded outstanding. I need to grab a few of those Lush albums. I just have never gotten into Julie London, a lot of people love her. Nice batch of records Pasi
Based on this one Lush album i'm gonna get more too. I'm not sure have i ever seen Julie London shown in vc before. I have about half a dozen of her albums. I really like her though i wouldn't place her among my biggest faves. Thanks Steve. Pasi
Itselle tuo Fucking Finland oli ihan mahtava julkaisu, kun heidän EPt eivät oikein koskaan toimineet ja sitten Fucking World ei enää hardcorea ollutkaan. A-puolen biisti oli mulla joskus kasetilla 80-luvulla ja oli tosi jees kuulle ne uudelleen. B-puoli ei sitten enää innostanutkaan. Toi Hanoi varmaan pitäisi hankkia jossain vaiheessa.
Koska toi levy on merkitty demoiksi mä en ajatellutkaan niiden olleen koskaan julkaistu. Oliko se siis omakustanne kasetti? Joo kuten sanoin hardcoren osalta mulle riittää Lama ja muutama Dead Kennedys biisi. Näin Fucking Finland:n livenä kerran jossain 2010 luvun alussa. Pasi
