Michael annishally i thought they had put contaminated fuel in the tank but it looks like they had previously used contaminated supplys. It would be interesting to know how often they sirvice their own kit.
That is exactly why your a growing thriving business over and above and that won't be forgotten by customer or anyone they know! Your what businesses should be like 100% admirable
Good job with the tank, you now have piece of mind that you sold it clean. Some deals just dont go right, but you have been around long enough to know that no doubt.
That is actually a double cost, in that you and your staff got delayed in doing the work that was scheduled for the time spent on the bowser. Hats off to you !
Bit interesting where did the dirty diesel cone home then customer trying to pull a fast one?as you proofed it wasn't maybe they should pay something towards it !
Too be Micheal I would have the right hump knowing what you do with the kit you transform and the finished product you believe is right customers you REALLY know better than two second this man Michael when I see this man it's like looking in the mirror because he suffers with mental health like I do and me personally I would be jumping up and down knowing I sent the product out as the customer said a BIG no no too be fair
Hay get those straps protected on them tank edges even wind vibration vuts them easy use a off cut of plate bent even cardboard would do 😊😊 been there done that
So was it checked or not? Interesting one.. where is the outlet of the tank? We tried cleaning one by swishing fuel in it and it was not that effective as the bung was not level with bottom so left a thin layer. We ended up drilling a new bung flush with the floor and pressure washing out. Ok for a static tank but I'm guessing this one is being moved about a lot. Probably why it looks clean on your machine but dirty when they used it? Did you put a filter on it?
bad diesel .........has got a fungus growing in it ............seen it once with kerosene ........took me a long time to find this out .......blamed everything else first ......got a fresh tank and kerosene off a different supplier and the cooker went as normal
The Paris agreement means that a percentage of fuel has to come from a renewable source, this was done by using OSR oil in diesel in the early years they had a problem with it growing a fungus but I think they use an anti fungal agent now.
I don't know what that showed to your viewers/customers, all we could see was smoke in the tank and the baffle was very rusty, also it was now contaminated with metal fillings and abrasive dust.

I know the tank was extra hassle, however you have handled it exactly how businesses should be done

How you ensure it's safe to cut into a diesel tank with an angle grinder?
Great video Micheal
If there's less than a 1000 litres in them empty into an ibc and you can see any contamination when it settles.

It was clean when we sold it and we can confirm this again after opening it up. Customer didn’t want to pay for a filter
Nice 3cx I hope it’s got sticks and not joystick in it
A very tidy cut and a clean tank , where did the customers diesel come from ?
Not sure. The fuel we took was clean. Nothing like the picture
There’s allways one trying it on ,thinking there going to get money out of you,we have our own methods up north to resolve them 😅😅😅🤙
All ways trying to keep customers happy I think they looked in tank is black 🖤 my thinking 🤔🧐 only
As with all things there’l be more to this in the background than you know at the moment but in time the truth will come out.
The fuel we took out was clean and so was the tank
@ don’t worry that’s what I’m getting at you don’t know what is going on in the background at the other end
Hi Michael braver then me with the angle grinder who knows what they could have had in that tank😮

Fair play to you. But the sparks firing inside would have caused contamination?
@@GRS1903 we hoovered it out after we cut the hole
@@GCSMachinery, 😂 a did wonder. Good business attitude though, fair play to ya
Your morning log in the tank for that customer
Ye definitely go beyond to keep things right,I knew well that was sent out perfect, mabey the Muppet go. Bad diesel
Says it all , for the modest cost of an inline filter causing all this agro. Personally I would not choose to deal with that customer in the future.
👌👌🙏🙏🇮🇪🇮🇪👍👍👏👏
😢😢😢😢😮😮😮😊😊😊😊❤❤
How did you know for sure it was clean inside if there is no hatch to look inside
Did you actually watch the video? Michael actually explained this and the proof was the clean filter and seeing inside? 🤡
Nice and clean now apart from all the iron filings.
It was cleaned out after we cut the hole.
