Lol ek hi road ko color karke baar baar dikhane se city developed nahi ho jata. I m from Bhubaneswar and i know the reality. Its at a really bad state. All numbers were modified and twisted to show this as a progressing city which is far away from reality. I agree it used to be a modern smart city some 20yrs ago. But it has gone downhill since then….. views pane ke liye kuchh bhi mat dikhao. Just based on a video how can u review a city? Population explosion, small broken roads, extreme weather, unprofessional local labourers and technicians, metro and smart city projects only on paper are some reality which makes this city unliveable….

Ok, the video shows only 5% of the city and shd not be relied upon. The population numbers, literacy rate and city size all were of 2011 as u said as well. So nothing substantial here to comment anything abt a city without experiencing it in person…. May b u can take down this video or change the name of the video to review of Bhubaneswar city video made by odisha Govt…
