@@yggvert2301 The base value of Seabreeze-Ravencrest is 22000 with 5%perk, I did test all the diffrent boxes to see if they had diffrent worth, but they didn't. The packages gets more valuable to longer distance Price/tile you can say. And sure thing there is a chance that Orca Bay is better payoff when % is high and Seabreeze is low in profit/time invest, but I had to keep the sheet simple cuz not everyone is a nerd and intrested in numbers :D But if you want to configure this yourself, you can make a copy of the sheet, go into the 2nd page at the bottom called "Sell Price" and change the prices to 16500 if you have 5% perk, and then all the prices will be set to orca bay instead :)
Do you now is the reputation infinite and we can get all the rep bonuses at the end? I have only one character and I wanted to make him a fighter, so I'm thinking is it worth him getting 5% bartering. Making another character specifically for trading and crafting seems like too much time.
JimpahGG dont know if you said this but the price will also be higher for how many tiles between where you crafted the pack and where you turn it in, a verry popular route to make money is seabreze to raven crest, but dont turn them in but wagon them to defiance instead, often the% is higher and you get way more tiles. Some random guy in the official said that a tradepack is worth (12000 + 8 per tile travelled) dont know if this is true or not, I dont really run tradepacks cus Im focusing on my gathering skills but maybe you could test if this is the case.
It's aboslutley possible to wagon them to defiance, if the prices are low in Seabreeze, but you also wanna make sure the time invest cover the profit! I have not made any calaculations for defiance but I may do it for future content :)
Im level 23 on serafine and only got 15k silver. Im still wearing a T1 equipment set and T3 set is super expensive on the market. Not sure what I should focus on right now. Should I bother with professions to get my money up and craft my own stuffs or just leveling and accumulate silver to get better gear eventually?
I recommend you to do what I do in the video! This requires no gear, just a ship and some spare time! And even if you are low on money you can start do the "Slums Provisions" since it got very low investment cost like 7k and 4-8k profit depending on the demand! :) Good luck and feel free to ask if you need assistance!
Definitely do a tradepack run or 2 before you grind levels again. Don't worry about the wagon at first and just run 1 pack at a time. If you gather the materials first, you can craft a pack at each dropoff to make silver both ways.
So I did two runs last night… first run was successful and made big profit. Second run I was carrying two trade packs and almost made it to Riverend post and some mfer shot my ship down and looted my 40k worth of trade packs 😢 I alt f4 and am still tilted I might just quit the game lol
I just crafted and bringing pack that was 87% on demand (Ravencrest->Seabreeze), but it had cost lower than it should be, how does it work? I Rechecked it again, demand 89%. Price was 10-11k. And before maintenance i sold same pack with demand 86%, price was 16k. Headache...
So did you update the market prices to match yours at the time you bought everything? Also did you doublecheck which base value you did choose? Perhaps you was in warchannel before and not after? :)
I went there with every packet, and checked the % for the current packet and time and then just calculated what 100% value was. And it turned out it was all the same value in the end + - 100-ish, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with 0.01 decimals that we can't see :)
Yoo its me Emju7 ! I already made 150k since we talked on Twitch 2 days ago, i tryed it alot of time now, successfully did the run multiple times BUT i have to say, if you guys see ANYONE on the sea, as soon as you see em, turn into the other direction. I already got killed 2 times on the sea and thats -50k each run. So i had to start all over again 2 times already. Keep in mind its high risk, high reward.
You could farm anything literally! Item's that is used for tradepacks are usually good items to farm. You can at your house/community plot plant stuff that is valuable, for exmaple on my server apples are at 5-800, wool is 5-800, cotton 2-300, so it's all about what you want to do. The just "farm by killing" is not that great atm I believe, but I have also no knowledge if there is items worth farm. GL :)

Will i enjoy the 10% (now it'is 20% i believe) perks from WM or i need to craft it in WM directly ? Idem, what about if i swap to channel 4 to sell it from my warehouse, to safe the road from warehouse to tradepost ?
When I made this, it was less contested for sure, now you may have do be a bit more lucky and also check wider on other citys to get the most payoff, but there is no problem to do at least 70k/h most of the time. :)
something I don't undersand, why not go from orca bay to seabreeze? so buy the mats from ravencrest, teleport to harbor island, create the tradepacks there and sail from there to seabreeze? maybe it's worth less if you travel less or how does it work Edit: I think the price is not vendor specific. It's the distance of the crafting vendor and selling vendor. The reason you saw 22K in seabreeze and 16.5K in orca bay is because you always travel from ravencrest. Conclusion: Check where the highest % is and check the farest place you can craft from there and happy traveling.

What I did was to go there with 1 of each package to make sure everything was correct, and based on the current % i just calculated it to 100%. So if the package was worth 110% and sold for 24200 I just 24200/1.10=22000 :)
There is no "non-pvp" world. From time to time there are lands with peace or violance. Whole sea is PVP all the time. I dont know yet when there is a peace on the land could I be attack with tradepack or not. Maybe that peace is only for "civil" walking and for tradepack travelers there is always pvp. I just remember from quest "if you have tradepack you can be attack" but how the peace of land affects on this I have no idea

Hi! Yes, you should always go to Seabreeze OR you could do the other way around. Craft the package in Seabreeze and go to Ravencrest IF the % is higher in Ravencrest. And yes it should be set at the specific citys % not the global demand :)
Hm, that is very wierd! you should get a ship at 18-20ish?! Have you done the quests? Should be available at the port in Ravencrest if I'm not mistaken!
Not more than I've had in the video. But it is paid by the distance! So the best would be to bring from Seabreeze to Durzuac, but you need to walk from Ravencrest to Durzuac which is very time consuming and dangerous!

And if you get attacked close to the port, try just flee into the ports! To carry more than 2 packages at the time you need to upgrade your ship which is very expensive at the moment, like couples 100' thousands! Coal is a bi-product from mining, you need to be at least lvl 10 in mining and it drops on the iron mines+, iron mines can spawn pretty much in any minable node but I guess it would be higher chance to come by in a higher zone cave :)
When you speak with the Munk Merchant and checking the % you also see the tiles. Tiles = Distance The further the higher the base value will be, so for example Seabreeze has 1115 tiles from Ravencrest 1115 * 8 = 8920 +12000 = 20920 and this sheet is based on 5% buff from rep so 20920*1,05 = 21966. Hope this was clear enough :)
Right now with materials with such high price, it really looks like it's not really worth it. You can probably earn more keep selling it on AH, and instead of spending time with trade, u keep farming materials.

You should be able to reach it as soon as you have your basic boat! But you may not be able to TP there until a certain level!

Hi, after testing not all packs are sold at 22k when 100%. Dont know where you get that number from but it is not like that.
I realized that I have the barter skill in the reputation that gives 5% extra for me. So if you dont have that 100% should be 20900

It seems you have to craft and sell it in WM to have the bonus ! Whatever the road in normal or WM you take !

U are correct about the sea, but u can't be attacked by players holding a tradepack in peace zone
as some already told you, the ocean is always a PVP-zone so you gotta avoid the most obvious places like close to the shores and ports! :)

Prices go up and down all the time, just an hour ago I had over 8k margin, which is 16k/8~min, I would love to know where u can farm that quick 🙂

You are missing quite alot of Routes... like Defiance-Orca Bay and such
If there is an interest to have that route I could add it, I honestly never thought someone would do that route, but I guess with high orca % and start defience it could be worth it!
