I love the Senran Kagura games, so I will probably try this game. I hope they port the other Senran Kagura games over to the Nintendo Switch. It would be great to have Burst Re:Newal, Estival Versus and Peach Beach Splash.
@Kayla Ra it's possible. I don't play against others online, how's the speed on the Switch servers? You think it would be able to handle it? Since SK EV and Valkyrie Drive were on the Vita, I figured the Switch would be able to handle it

That was a really in-depth. A very nice review. If I may though, it would be nice to know the fps limit. I did figure out it's 30 from the quick ps4 comparision, but would be better if you outright said it. Now back to the game: Damn, 30 again. On sale now and would have bought it if it was 60.
Not sure if I am remembering correctly, but Senran burst for 3DS, sworn was rated T game. Any ways, it’s sad how the series has fallen. Well, as far as Senran is concerned, the mobile game I think is still the big focus for the series as a whole at this point.
Awesome to hear the game is pretty good! Watched some other reviews of this game and those people seemed to really not enjoy this game! I've played and loved Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus and some Neptune Spin off games so I'm sure I would also enjoy this one!
@@jakeriese4862 My only experience with Senran so far is Shinovi Versus as I haven't played any of the other games yet. Judging by that I would say some of my favorite characters personality wise would be Yumi, Asuka, Homura, and Yomi. I think all of the characters are really different from each other and they all have good qualities in their own ways.

I really like both franchises, but I'm getting that "this game should have stayed dead" feel. I'm no fan of censorship whatsoever and since this came out for the PlayStation first, with Sony's censorship, aspects of it what censored that development level so it only feels like half of what it should be. Sorry but with knowledge of that it's kind of hard for me to want to enjoy the game. While other people are just fine with with it and most would prefer the fanservice completely removed, I honestly can't accept it. As what I meant for it should have stayed dead, they're just going to keep taking more away from it and future installments so I don't see a point. It's never going to be the same that it was before, and I'd rather let the games of the past fade away peacefully and remaining memory rather than be butchered for people so overly sensitive over words and fictional characters.
While sony's censorship does suck, it does allow for quite a bit more than what they did with this game, so i just think this game wasn't supposed to be super lewd, i hope they release more lewd games for switch in the future since i'm never buying a sony console.
I just love the concept of this series. Neptunia is literally console wars animefied, you got the perverted ninjas representing the weebs, and then here come the Steeme Legion, PC Master race to mess up the day. Hilarious.
Probably want to get the PC version for mod support only then will you get what you wanted from the beginning. Because unfortunately XSEED/marvelous, the devs…honey parade & of course the publisher/IP holder of the Neptunia IP, Compile Heart/Idea factory have no longer any spine left to make high quality fan service games anymore.
About 5 hours in, unlocked all the girls and loving how campy the dialogue is, the combat is pretty addictive!
