Unironically it might be one of the strongest boosts in the game if done right, because it can enhance a car's acceleration and top speed for a longer period of time than a single "burst" of speed.

Honestly yes. I sincerely hope Unleashed 2 brings Speed Racer into the mix. Specially since Unleashed 2 now has jumping and shunting mechanics which fits Speed Racer PERFECTLY!
Great game, lots of track variation. My issue was the online AFK players, and being stuck in lobbied with no one else racing. Love the game itself though.
The old hot wheels games environments and tracks were unmatched. These new layouts are so simplistic. Doesn’t take away from the game but I’m getting recycled racing game vibes from this game.
The one question nobody is asking is this literally the recreation of the ultimate race from hot wheels acceleraters because there’s all sorts of realm Easter eggs here
