Practicing time with metronome.

I’ve been practicing at these slower tempos a lot with the Benny greb gap click app. One measure one and one off.
Weirdly enough, I’ve found the more I try to keep perfect time on the “gap” measure, the worse it is. When I relax and focus on feel, the “gap” measure flows into beat 1 of the following measure way cleaner.
