This was at a memorial concert in May this year. This was on "de Grebbeberg" in the Netherlands (not far west from the city of Wageningen) where there is a cemetery with Dutch military: victims from WWII when Germany invaded the Netherlands (that was in May 1940). Every year in the first week of May there are many memorial concerts (4 May) and liberation concerts (5 May). WWII ended in the Netherlands in May 1945. And what an impressive rendition of this song from Emma for such an occasion. And isn't it good to see that the young generation is also realizing the importance of not forgetting how important it is to keep the memory alive. Well I guess this reaction of me goes beyond music, but sometimes there is a video that asks for that.
And how nice that you loved the Netherlands!! Today, Sunday 21 July, Emma and André Rieu have the last concert on the Vrijthof in Maastricht, where Emma is performing her new song "Dancing on the stars" (not a cover). Within a week it got over 2 million views already!! And now, after 3 weeks, it has over 3 million views...
Dancing on the Stars, and it sounds beautiful. Great Dutch television aired the 2023 concert on the Vrijthof (with Emma singing Voila) on tv this evening.
Thank you for your reaction, it was spontaneous and heartwarming. At the dancecompetition you regonised Emma's voice and as you can see several new songs. This one touch me and I believe also you in our heart, so beautiful it is. Thank you and please promote Emma and her foundation Gastrostars also in the USA as much as possible to help Emma. Thank you reaction . Friday we went to the concert of Andre Rieu at Maastricht , right in front of the stage at about 35 meters distance. Just as Emma started singing, an emotional bomb exploded in the square with the song DANCING ON THE STARTS ( new song ruclips.net/video/Ll1uR_HUOP8/видео.htmlsi=pQY098CDPfVCap82 ) and afterwards VOILA which earned a standing ovation for several minutes. Her beautiful voice touches your soul with the support of the orchestra, an evening to remember for a livetime .
You now need to skip the list and watch her newest, and her first original from 2 weeks ago. Dancing On The Stars. It’s better than Voila. It really is. And she speaks to the crowd in the beginning. Becoming a pro so fast.
