I own this machine and love it. Makes a good loaf. My machine is very quite. Word of advice use the proper measure cups for dry ingredients and proper measure cup for wet.
@@Melissa-gx7iv Wheat and other related grains (including barley, and rye) contain a mixture of two proteins glutenin and gliadin. When flour made from grinding these grains is mixed with water the two proteins combine and form gluten. Without water, gluten is not formed. The more the dough is mixed, the more gluten is developed.
I have a question. I am looking at buying this machine. - I noticed that you started with the dry ingredients. Is that what is recommended by this machine? I have a smaller bread machine and all of the recipes I have looked at start with wet. Just wanted to know before I ordered it.
Actually- depending on what type of bread you’re making the mixing paddle does frequently stay in the bread after baking. It’s not a problem though and you can easily pop it right out while the bread is hot- they actually include a little hook style tool that you can use to remove the paddle, that way you don’t burn your fingers while taking it out. That sucker will of course be HOT fresh out of the bake cycle!!!

No, she didn’t. I noticed that as well. On one of the recipes for the banana bread it only has the ingredients it doesn’t tell you how many pound the loaf is
I use the bread maker 2 times I added the ingredients as instructed correctly and I got the clunking sound after mixing process completed when time to ferment . what up with that ?
The only way to avoid the hole in the bottom of the loaf is if you turn out the dough after the last knead/mix cycle and remove the paddle. Then return the dough to the machine to finish the process. This has to be carefully timed or you risk deflating your dough and having a less pleasing texture/crumb.
It takes longer to make bread by hand most of the time. Atleast with this you can set it, go run a few errands, and come home to fresh bakes bread that you didn't have to babysit

You're supposed to put the wet on the bottom with this machine as well.

What I dont see in these videos is where the mixing head goes, does it get baked into the loaf of bread?

If you look when the loaf is taken out, there's a hole in the bottom of it.

She also added 2 whole eggs vs the whites of 2 eggs like the recipe calls for. Honestly- this whole video was a mess and a really poor demo 🫤
I recently returned this machine because it kept making three clunking noises at the end of the first cycle. The keto breads I made were great though.
Mine does that too! Very loud noises, but I think it’s supposed to do that.
