I should have specified that the honey bees were the kind of bees I was worried about. :( And I love the bee house you've made. I've been saving the cardboard innertubes from the rolls that poop bags come on (for the dog, not me ) for my bee house when I get around to finishing it. Loved all the information of the bees that you have in the video and how they are affected by the way humanity has chosen to develop the world -- concrete jungle vs real plant life jungle -- I was also intrigued by the history of the peoples of Southern California and how living intune with nature would be the way to go. I have always wanted to build a bee box but just wasn't sure how/where to start and now I do --thank you for sharing

You are the only person I know who self made a bee house. Here they call it insecten hotel. Your knowledge is excellent. Thank you for this project. Just to share, there is a mobile bus that comes from village to village to help children and adults learn to appreciate and protect nature. Your knowledge of history and geography of the place is also relevant.
I'm in the central valley, CA but I'm also going to start doing some good stuff for our native bees.
