Try to do meditation, in meditation daily say sorry to them and also forgive them. When you will do it daily then after some time it will be easy to forget the past. It is my personal experience, I have done it and experienced a very good result. Pichli bataein yaad aati h par after meditation their energy will be changed. Good luck. Shiv baba is with us.
