This is eerily similar to the Kuraz draw deck I've been labbing last few days. I'm on convert contact with dolphins and DDR on Kuraz, haven't found a wincon. Really impressive work brother
Yea u gotta cut kuraz unfort. It was definitely one of the main contributors to wanting to run less consistent and less active cards. This engine isn't exactly new but this configuration is what feels the most right thus far. I'm sure it can be improved upon (mostly in side decking) but I think it's closer than ever before for sure
I just really like Dark Simorgh. I got back into Yu-Gi-Oh! right around the time Duelist Revolution came out after Infernity got hit, and Simorgh's effect just blew my mind when I read it.
Have you considered playing Prisma in the side? If machina are a problem, it's technically a searchable Cyber Dragon. I'm also curious if Doom Lord could have a place in this deck 🤔

Yo I have an interesting idea for a deck, I have been working on it but I suck at deck building so maybe you can do something good with it. It’s alien hero’s, you use that level 4 alien that’s geminie, water, reptile and an alien. So you can use it with sparks, miracle, reptile icarus attack, fufu and alien ammonite. You also have power triangle which in theory is a broken card, but in practice it’s bricky (I do suck at deck building so might just be me) The plan is that you have these level 4 beaters in the alien and hero engine, you use them together with these power cards and finish the duel with alien ammonite and miracles. Or atleast that’s how I build the deck, again I have no idea if this is the ideal version. Oh and because of the alien synchro you can easily abuse fiendish chain negating monsters every turn makes it impossible to out with monsters, it can pop back row and even bounce other face up spell/traps (I have no idea which ones there are in Edison so hoping you can give me good ideas lol). Anyways in theory this deck should be good but in testing it bricks, but when it works it WORKS. Hopefully you can put a good spin on the deck.
I was wondering if Brionic had an errata because you used his effect twice that turned once when you summoned him and bounced his 2 cards, and again, to bounce your DDR (this was around @19:55). So my main question is, is this not once per turn during edison format?
What do you think about using monster gate / Reasoning? helps special summon if you use hidden armory that turn. Maybe a vortex trooper to help with brick hands and it’s a wind? i dunno just ideas!
Yes it wasn't the worst but after t1 it lacked some application and not being able to attack with the monster sucked. Ultimately went with 3 ecall instead to expedite instead of monk
Have you thought about going down to 2 absolute zero for the deck to fit in the gaia? I figure while having 3 is probably nice the game ideally isnt going long enough for having 3 of them to matter
@@E3YuGiOh I'm still fairly new to edison, so I'm sorry if I sound dumb, what would the hand have to look like for that to come up? Like double miracle + future fusion?
@@bp-1862 I understand that they typically last longer, I was just questioning the actual value of it compared to the upside of fitting in gaia, since the deck does aim to kill quick but can play a grind game in theory we should be hoping to kill faster and having access to both armory arm and gaia help facilitate that. I'm okay if I'm wrong on it, I was just asking if it might be worth it, if it isn't then it isn't
@@E3YuGiOh it more or less guarantees the player sees another turn. I'm noticing a lot of decks are being built to be more aggressive and secure otks or big pushes. In certain decks fader isn't a bad option. On another note, i love the destiny hero shenanigans and ddr craziness you showcased. Good stuff!

it's not once per turn in edison. u can find errata from the time period on edisonformat.com or on yugioh wiki

Battle fader is a hard -1 that is pretty easy to play through. I'm more worried about actual defensive options.
