Thank you. I moved out of Concord, MA many years ago and it was nice to see the old center of town again. I grew up marching down Main street in the various parades, with the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and with the Concord Carlisle High School Marching Band. I wish there was a longer version that covered a wider range of the old places I used to go as a kid. Thanks again for the quick visit to the past.
The best cheese shop is in the center.
Paul Revere wasn't anywhere near the North Bridge in Concord, Mass., where "the shot heard 'round the world" - quoting Emerson's poem on the statue -- was fired. He was back in Lexington having had to hoof it there after the British who caught him stole his borrowed horse. Revere, who was moving John Hancock's trunk from the inn at the Green, heard but did not see the mysterious shot fired that set off the melee on said Green. But that was NOT "the shot heard 'round the world", which was fired by the Minutemen at the Bridge. Please get your history right if you are going to present beautiful and historical Concord as a great place to live, which it is.
@@lefantomer I am sure you were there to verify.
