Thanks Linda I love hearing your thoughts on the scents as well. I’d love to hear more about your favorite mixes when you have the chance. Hope you have a great weekend! 🌸✌🏻🌸
Thank you❣️ I do plan to do a few scent mix videos in the future. When I jot down a mix I also note whether it is a 1 to 1 cube or alternating warmers. I’d like to experiment with them & take notes so I can share my thoughts.
Wonderful video! Lots of great info and mixes! 😊 Thank you for sharing! FYI, I like Frosted Vanilla in my nightstand warmer. ❤️ I had a customer want Weathered Leather and I was so worried about the scent that I took her the tester and had her sniff it before I placed the order . 😂 She loved it and still wanted 3 bars. 🤷♀️
lol Jackie… there must be leather scent lovers out there 🤷♀️ it’s been around for quite a while. I would have done the same thing just to make sure they knew what they were getting 😂 I’ll try Frosted Cedar in my overnight warmer - you’re right it might be nice & soothing there with the vanilla.
@@lindah_home_and_scents It's the Frosted Vanilla that I like in my nightstand warmer. I haven't tried the Frosted Cedar yet. Just didn't want to steer you wrong. Haha! Have a great weekend! 😊
@@jackiejbee oops misread that! Yes Frosted Vanilla would be nice in the overnight warmer. Actually better than in a whole room for me. I didn’t try it there last year so will after your recommendation
This was fun! Thank you :) I love your excitement when you really like something; it's infectious! I'm nervous about Christmas cottage and about pumpkin roll so I'm going to buy bars of them on purpose- I think I'm going to get a brick as my half off club item but I'm still going to buy some bars, even though I'm normally a budget buyer as much as possible, and it IS a little cheaper per ounce in a brick. Don't super care this time cause I want both of those to stay around and am afraid the sales will dip too much with folks buying bricks instead of bars.
Thank you so much Hannah 🤗💛 I’m doing that too. I also think bricks are a better value but I want to make sure to do my bit so Scentsy doesn’t have a reason to discontinue them next F/W.
Nice to see a video from you! I always enjoy hearing opinions and going through the catalog. I’ll be buying a few pumpkin roll bars too. I’ll get a brick but put it up, forget about it, since it’s one of the bars that ages perfectly.
Just started watching, but my FAV mix this season I’ve been doing this season is Apple & Cinn Sticks with Bright Cider Life 1:1 same warmer. Glorious, delicious, cozy, can’t stop smelling the air because it’s so good lol. If you like those two (and clubbed BCL) give it a try! I loved this video, especially many of your mix ideas. Thanks so much!!
Thank you Kara❣️and thank you for the mix I jotted it down. I didn’t club Bright Cider Life but maybe I’ll get a chance to haul some in a flash sale or BBMB sometime. I always record mixes even if I don’t have access to the bar because you never know 🤔
I have recipes for so many mixes written all over the place so I've been slowly writing them done in a notebook organized by Scent. I would love to see a video of your mixes. The candy that Gimme Candy smells like is candy corn.
That’s it Michelle - candy corn! 🤗 I haven’t eaten those in years so I couldn’t remember. I usually jot down mixes I hear about via videos on scraps of paper too… then once a week I add them to my binder. I also note who I heard it from & whether it’s 1-1 or alternating. I’d like to transfer recipes from my Pinterest board into my binder because it’s easier to find things there.
@@lindah_home_and_scents I buy a bag of the autumn mix with the candy corn, the pumpkins, and the other colored candy corn for my candy dish every year just like my Nana always did but I don't usually eat it maybe a few of the Pumpkin ones. Most of my family think I'm a little crazy trying to hold onto traditions but I feel its my job to carry them on especially as the first grandchild. Its funny because I saw a picture of my great grandmother for the first time as an adult over the summer and it was like looking at a black and white picture of myself and ever since then I've felt this need to hold those traditions even closer and harder and to go back to a simpler life.
@@lindah_home_and_scents I do the same thing with my recipes and my pintest board its funny tho now that I'm transferring a lot over to my notebooks I'm finding a lot of repeats lol. I have almost 2 pages of Mochadoodle, sugar cookie and vanilla bean butter cream mixes. I also write down any that sound good even if a bar isn't available/ I don't have it because at some point it might come in bbmb or a bundle/clearance. I'm glad to know im not the only one who does this.
@@scenteddragronflywithmichelle I love that you’re holding on to traditions. I applaud that sentiment. It’s wonderful that you have happy memories that you want to carry forward. A simpler life… 🙋🏼♀️I’m here for that too!

It’s a great mix. Cashmere & Corduroy can hold its own - it’s pretty strong - but for some people using a bit less of Around the Campfire might be better if they find the campfire note too much. Good luck!

Hi Linda, I would love to know some mixes for Earidescent. I can't quite get along with that one, and would like to be able to use it up - what are your thoughts on using up bars which aren't your favourites?
Yikes Alison! Earidescent was a tough one to get through for me too! I’m glad I only had a bar not the brick to use up. I warmed mine in my bathroom for the most part. I did do a warm in another room as well & I think added some Simply Vanilla to tap it down. I try to use up my bars even the ‘stinkers’. If I really can’t stand them I warm them in my garage. It actually works for me because the garage has a car/storage/oil/mechanical smell so any scent is better than that. I would also warm Earidescent on my outdoor patio in the summer if I had bars to use up. Fresh air would help. I checked my Scentsy mixer lists & Pinterest but could find any suggestions for that bar. Good luck!🫶
@@lindah_home_and_scents Hi Linda, I tried a mix yesterday, adding half a cube of Earidescent to a cube of Shimmer which is actually quite nice. I will be repeating that until my Shimmer has gone, then looking for and testing out some other mixes until Earidescent is gone. It is so strong I only use half or a third of a cube added to the things I've tried so far.
