Good work. Magnificent job. You should wipe the polishing lap down before adding more polish - get rid of swarf, it will cause scratches sometimes.

@@GermanGemcutter When you get scratches on polishing it is really annoying trying to work out what it is. Almost all time is a chip or some bit of the stone in or on the lap. Even wiping down every now and again, you need to give the lap a good scrub to remove build up. And every now and again you might need that lap resurfaced (in a lathe) (on a metal lap ie tin alloy etc)

Really cool outcome on that gem! As you mentioned, the inclusions are enhanced by the cut just right... perfect balance between choice of facet design and inclusions in the crystal and its color. Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful work, but flawless quartz is common! I was really surprised you put that much time into such a flawed stone.

Well I started to watch this video but I see you have jumped on the band wagon of this awful current video editing trend of cutting out every millisecond of silence in between sentences. So sorry my friend, having watching your past videos I can see you are a great gemstone cutter and as a beginner, I have no doubt I could learn lots from you. But I am not prepared to listen to this audio diarrhea, just to continue watching the video content. For the time being I will remain subscribed but if this continues, I will eventually walk away. Shame because the content is great but the verbal delivery is crap.

Thank you for your Feedback. My plan right now is to create shorter Videos with much more Informations. I'm still testing to find the best mix for all Viewers, so Thanks for your Help and hopefully you'll stay here

@@GermanGemcutter Just watched your latest video 'How to tell if Sapphire is Real or Fake 🤔 DIY Tutorial 😁 Easy Gem Test 💎'and thank you, the pace was miles better than this one. I could easily follow it and most importantly, I had time to absorb the information within. So sorry if my feedback to this one was a bit harsh but so many RUclipsrs have been adopting this new trend of 'fast pace', cramming in twice as much info, into half as much time, that it finally got to me. And rest assured, I will not only be targeting you with my feedback when I come across it. Not just because I find it irritating, but because I feel it is such a shame to see posters put so much time into creating content, only screw it up by over pacing it. So thank you so much for listening and look forward to absorbing and enjoying your valuable knowledge in future videos. Respect!

Feedback is always worth much more than gold, often only then does one become aware of what can / should be improved. I am very grateful to you for your valuable advice. Even if it is not always easy and I often have to put sentences together (my English is really not good, but it gets better especially by creating the videos and due to the international contacts) I will make sure that I keep the much more comfortable pace. Thank you very much👍
