That hug and cuddles were absolutely Amazing and Beautiful. If only one could have seen it in person.

My Older Sister is Amazing behind the camera and her specialty is Wild Life. She took me whale watching and all I wished for was to see their eyes. My wish came true, She brought her baby up alongside the boat and they both stared at us. I'm so glad my sister got it all on her camera cus I balled my eyes out. ❤
Nene was HORRIBLE to Annie when she was little… always attacking her. I am sure she remembers that.
She definitely remembers that….and will pay her back for it eventually.

@@pigtailsandteddybears perhaps it's the way she worded it. In all honesty, some of the comments that belittle Nene are a bit overboard. Same with Genki. These old girls have been through a lot and I respect them for what they are, NOT what they did 11 yrs ago. (In Nene's case). Genki gets ripped by a certain person here for anything she does. We don't need those comments it just causes irrate feelings and replies.
@TheFlashyWeasel You're right. I deleted it. It just bothered me deeply (the one comment from a few weeks ago) because I absolutely love Nene. (I often let feelings overrun maturity.) I love the faces Nene makes whenever Annie is around. It's so human and always gives this, "Oh god... WHY me" Thanks for snapping me out of that.🩷
(And I didn't know Genki was unliked. I love her, and her personality is one of a kind.)

@@ellenknell9645 From what I've read in the comments Nene used to be pretty mean to Annie when she was younger. I kinda believe it because Annie messes with Nene every chance she gets. And where there are no chances she creates them.
lmbo facts 😂 & because Nene use to bully Annie for a long time when she was placed back into the troop as a baby . mainly when she would interact with Kiyomasa in certain ways but Shabani use to protect her but it went on for years . Nene never really accepted Annie as part of the troop . Annie remembers it all
Theres a channel who has old videos of Shabanis Troop from way back then . He has several videos showing Nene attacks on Annie .

From observations the last few months it seems Ai has zero interest in Shabani. It's a shame because she is a beautiful gorilla. I would think that her gene pool would only benefit the lowland gorilla population. But, she did not want to care for Annie after she was born so maybe it's for the best.

2:38 I normally take Annie's side, given how badly Nene treated her as an infant, and generally see it as just Annie playing pranks, but this just seems so CALCULATED. She waits for Shabani (her dad and doting protector) to leave so she can provoke Nene, presumably so Shabani will come back and attack the screaming old lady. I guess he just didn't hear them over the rain?
Her making a grab for Ai's cabbage because she didn't want to go outside herself was pretty funny though (as was Ai's spin to try and avoid her daughter, causing her to drop more food).

These subtitles are so annoying. I'm willing to bet the gorillas are thinking the total opposite of what the Subtitles say... They should just let us enjoy the show and imagine what they are thinking... ok rant over
They are fighting, whether its play or real, and Shabani went outside, so the subtitle is truthful.

@@chrismurphy5187 we have seen plenty of videos to know that Annie is deliberately going after nene . of course she could be more aggressive for it to be considered an actual fight but she is doing it to get Nene to react and chase her lol
