Enjoying this content... thank you for sharing your experiences of Ghana with us.
I went to high school in Ghana in the late 2000s I actually witnessed Accra Mall be built and it was the first of its kind at the time. When it was completed it became our ultimate hotspot to hang out, go to the movie theatre, and just be typical teenagers all around the mall. Good memories. Thank you for the tour.
Lmao I literally laughed at "alieexpress in person" 🤣🤣
Omg the channel is getting more subscribers after years of stagnation 🎉🎊🍾it’s all the way up from here for u Roti🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Am so happy and proud of her, I have literally been watching every single video she posts for the last like 4 or 5 years now coz i root so hard for Rochelle to succeed and every time I would check the number of subscribers and it would hurt me to see how stagnant this channel has been,,it’s really true what they say that sometimes u have to take a risk and step out of your comfort zone in order to grow ❤️
Moving on uppppppp 👏👏👏👏👏
👏🏽👏🏽 For real!
Ikr!!
Yes!!!!! I’ve been watching since day 1 and I am so happy she’s flourishing ✨, this is only the beginning of many great things!

Amazing content, Rochelle! Thanks for sharing. Just subscribed. I will be moving to Ghana in a couple of months with my wife and seven kids and it’s great to see the options we have in Ghana. We just can’t wait to start this new chapter of our lives in Ghana which we have started documenting on our family channel to inspire others just as many content creators including your channel have inspired us. I believe that if a family of nine can make this move you can make it too if you really want it. God bless our homeland Ghana! God bless you all and keep you safe!
AMAZING!🙏🏽💙
I'm from Jamaica. I love the video, Learned alotand Coming home someday sooner than later.💝💛💚
🦁🦁❤️❤️❤️
Love these videos of u taking us around with u! And I'm digging the song 🎵 that keeps playing in the background 😎 😁
The vlog will be so helpful to folks who don't know how to get around certain parts of Ghana..
Exactly! 💙
I started laughing, when you was singing that shopping, song.😂.Lol.
We love you girl and the content your putting out there is lit 🔥🔥🔥♥️♥️❤️😍😍🙏🏾😍👍🏾

Definitely gave this video a thumbs up. Finding your videos very informative and inspiring. Can’t wait to visit Ghana to experience the beauty.
It's a beauty! 🇬🇭
Just want you to know you are Blessed to have a good mom I stayed with her before I moved to the US your basket will be overflowing because of her kindness. I subscribed
Thank you! 💙
Hi Rochelle, this video was very helpful!😊 I see there is good shopping to be had there!🤣👍🏽
🙃
Thank you for showing Ghana!! My plan is to move from Toronto to Ghana in the coming years!! 💕
It’s really nice that you took the time to do this video
I wanted to give a natural perspective of everyday life in Ghana!
Walmart is already in Ghana and many other African countries. Shoprite which is a South African retailer is actually owned by Walmart.
i think its Game
I don’t think so
Shoprite isn’t owned by Walmart
Lol Shoprite is not owned by Walmart. It's independent, called Shoprite group of companies, comprising of Checkers, OK
House & Home, medirite and Shoprite.
@@miss_pearl I wonder where she got her information from
@@miss_pearl I met a guy who works for the parent company in South Africa, he told me walmart owns the them
Wow that furniture store is never ending. I would like to know the prices of things. Perhaps next time you can get prices for us. Very good looking items.
Exactly! I believe we aaaall wanted to hear or see the price comparisons.
I saw this video of a woman speaking on how horrible her experience has been living in Accra, but more so she was complaining about not finding no snacks (lmao). Now im giving her the side eye because it seems like she's expecting Accra to be the exact same as the USA and everything she spoke on was NEGATIVE. I'm happy you're more open minded Rochelle! Being from the Caribbean helps i think since there's a lot of similarities to African countries.
yeah, send this video to the knk squad
@@roapsinterlogence2790 I didnt even know they had a channel! lol but she needs a guide.
My experience so far has been Amazing! Definitely reminds me of Jamaica! 🇬🇭 🇯🇲
Ok you’ve convinced me. I am coming to visit you. Lolol
🙃
Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle, you are really doing great. You can find melcom shops everywhere in Ghana. Keep bringing us more of these
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 😊
I’m a Ghanaian but thank you for enlightening me about new developments 👍🏾🇬🇭🇺🇸.
Do the local markets too. Would help the local economy aaaa lot. Checkout the Madina market, Texpo, and of course the almighty Makola and Kaneshi markets.
Completely agree
bro that will worn her out. hahahahahaaa
I think you need to tell @Mzz Dru about this. She is the one with that energy. Check her out.
I was at the okaishie & makola market all day shopping for school, i will say one thing about the markets in ghana is that they are super efficient! U can find literally anything u need at the okaishie market and purchase the same product for way less than it costs at ur local mall or local stores. I just recommend not going alone unless u’re sure u know the whole place. The okaishie market is very big. Also if u are a foreigner in ghana who does not speak one of the local languages, i recommend going to markets with a person that knows at least one of the local languages.
Been loving the Ghana vlogs 👌🏾
It’s the blue nails for me 💅🏾
Thanks girl! 🙏🏽
I always wanted to visit Africa! My dream place to visit, hopefully soon! Thank you for vlogging your experience while living in Africa! Seems so nice, wow!
You should definitely explore the continent of Africa!! ✈🌏

"They don't want me to film in the store" 😔
( breaks out camera )😊
You walking around with your shades reminded me of your mom idk why lol
I enjoyed the video and would like to see more. Tbe stores are huge and seem to have everything you need.

I know your ice cream is just cream now. I have to catch up on if you are planning to stay in GH for some time however I have also been thinking about buying property there and living there most of the year. After visiting at the end of 2019/early 2020, I fell in love with GH! For medical reasons, ill have to return to the USA every few months but I definitely want a home in GH or somewhere comparable in West Africa.
What you mean is they are running the tills directly from a database instead of creating a quick interface on the database for quick input for faster service to customers. Like adding barcode scanners and quantity of items straight to the screen. Also a database is useless if not updated regularly with the change in items and I believe this is the problem but the bosses don't care because they aren't the one's repeating tasks. But forget it's poor customer service.
That is very true.
Do y’all have bbq grill n sauce
First time here. Amazing vlogger. I've subbed and liked straight away. I was not intending to live on the continent but these videos are making me think twice 😀. Keep up the good work 🇬🇧🇯🇲🙏🏾❤️
Liked this video. Good to know these things are there for when I visit.
Thank you so much, Rochelle. Very helpful. A lot of work. I understand that nap.
Girl I keep seeing you on my chamberlain nursing school site😭I was like ROTI?!
yay!! more Ghana vlogs please!! what about day in the life, market shopping day. Keep staying safe! All the best!!
I never knew there’s was this furniture store in my own country what type of citizen am I omg literally shocked by these great finds
Ok Rochelle out with him! Lol who is the mystery camera man? Love these vlogs. Very informative, feels like I’m right there too. Good job to both you, camera person too😉
Will Mom and Dad/Family be visiting you soon?
Buy and support local. They will close family business and then sky rocket prices afterwards!
Walmart in Ghana?!? Wow it’s been 6 years since I was there and a lot has changed!
4:55 well shopping there is about the experience and visiting as well so shes correct its not a get in and go its more of visiting a friend and pick up a few items while your seeing what's new
How are you keeping these items cold while you shop from store to store?
Love these ghana vlogs proud of you roti
Am I the only one that caught in a previous video, Rochelle say she didn't know how to vlog as a single person or person who has a relationship offline and now we have this secret camera person 👀👀👀
I'm nosey but tryna respect her privacy at the same time, it's hard lollllllll🤣🤣😅
Nah she probably ask a person that works in the stores to do it for her or the manager😁🤷🏾♀️ or something
Rochelle will share whatever she wants with us, if or when she's ready. It is STILL her choice to keep any part of her life private as she chooses ❤
Low key, I think shes keeping him quiet. I understand
I don't think she found a guy that fast. I do know she's looking by her dress code etc
lol rite I want to know too 😂🤣😂
Becareful of Big Corporate Occupation. Make sure there's a joint ownership with local businesses
Mzunga ideology does not include joint ownership... the mzunga are planning to use the free trade agreement to colonial advantage. ghana will be ambushed by foreign companies. crippling small businesses.
Totally agree. Even they know Africa is the next best thing 🤦🏾♂️
I'm curious as to why you have the mask on if you're not going to wear it properly? Everyone I saw in that supermarket that was visible had their mask up. The least you can do as a visitor to another country is to adhere to the rules, whether you believe covid is real or not.
Exactly! It makes me so mad how she doesn’t take it seriously!! 😡
I agree with you, but it needs to be taken seriously. In my opinion, the reason why that is it's because for some people if you are distance, noone is around you or in this case talking to us with the mask can be annoying and uncomfortable. Stay safe everyone 🙃😷😷!!!
😷😷😷😷😷😷
I think she wears it when she's around people but takes it down when she alone and that makes sense
I’m sure she does it for the purpose of the audio. Between the mask and the mic on the camera the audio would suck and y’all would be complaining about that too🙄
Another nice vlog Roti, now we waiting for the beach life and some night life
Lol you're everywhere eh? 😜🤣
Eh! Lol 😊🙃
@@jaypremp You too are everywhere

Do an Ghanaian?Makeup brand video! And snacks, lol.
Snacks lol
there's no snacks in Ghana
@@TheKofinyarko or. Food haul. Though we all know they have snacks since she showed them. Plus it’s 2021 and they’re amodern society. There’s that.

Thank you for these amazing videos about the motherland! I wanna go!
This video is everything...as a wife and mom of 2 who can't wait to get back to the Motherland. Lots of love sistah! Thank you.
Love you you back! 💙
The store called Palace in accra really reminds me of walmart/target! If u want a wide variety of things to select while grocery shopping i suggest going to palace mall if u live in accra.
Nice would you say it’s cheap to shop there for groceries then Jamaica it’s seems so
You look peaceful 😍 and happy. Stay blessed sis ❤️😘
WOW i always wounder if they had shops like that its great 😀
Thanks for sharing this video its help to see what’s going on in Ghana 🇬🇭
Hey Rochelle sending love from Rochelle
1990 is the year I graduated from High School😂😂❤️💜💛💙
Loving these vlogs sooo much 💕
Which 8 ppl really dislike di girl video? 🤦🏾♀️ sick ina dem head.
🤣🤣🤣
It's those who say Ghana has no snacks, they hate the videos that exposes their lies.
Maybe because the title of the video is misleading and a click bait? 🙄
Nice one. You can find Ghana made products. Have fun you need a trophy 🏆
Shelves are neatly stocked👍🏽
Honestly one of the most helpful “Moving to Ghana” videos I’ve watched. And I’ve seen quite a few. Well done 👍🏾
Thank you! 💙
Beautiful, Ghana Has Walmart
I never knew That...
I am ok with this as long as most of upper management are African and corporate taxes goes back into the immediate community. Some countries (Rwanda) do this really well. They make sure most of the money stays in the country and is reinvested.
Very nice to see Ghana through your eyes. Thanks.
I def wanna go to ghana now. 🙌
It's Amazing! 🇬🇭
Lord please do not let Walmart take over small businesses in Ghana, thank you God.
Amen!!
Impressive video. Ghana surely becoming a great consumer society. Last visited Accra in 1999.
Your videos are amazing. Hope to see you in Ghana soon.
Thank you!
I love the music in this video
Love your Ghana vlogs 🙌🏾❤️. You should try the popular ice cream called fanice in Gh it’s so nice!
